Okay, let's get this bread! Blaze Pizza at Dundas Square is a firecracker of a spot! The original dough crust is thin n crispy, the toppings are fresh, and the customization options are endless. I could've eaten three pizzas, no sweat! I tried their meatball pizza and built one of my own with pesto sauce and roasted Pepper, roasted garlic, bacon and sausage... Came here with a friend and got an 11-inch Carnivore pizza and the Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread. So good! The pizza has a thin crust but each bite still has a slight crisp, and the meatballs and balsamic glaze added some savoury-sweetness for a more complex flavour. The sauce served with the cheesy bread was hit-or-miss (think I would've liked it more with a mayo-based sauce e.g. spicy mayo or creamy garlic sauce), but the cheesy bread was good (the pizza was still better in...

The owner/CEO doesn’t care about their customers and probably their employees as well (there was an option in their survey for someone to respond to my review on their website, but nobody replied). Other than that, it’s great! Delicious food, friendly staff, lots of options including gluten free, quick, pretty good price! I wish &/or hope they’d have a location in the Niagara region of Ontario!
