We hosted a holiday party for our clients and unfortunately were met with low service. I cannot bring clients back given the risk of poor service. This is a bit of a surprise, as this was my 4th time entertaining clients at BB.

We had another memorable time at Blue Bovine this week prior to a concert. This was our 4th visit this year and we love everything about this beautiful restaurant. Amazing appetizers, sushis, mains, deserts, inspiring cocktails and impressive wine list. Service is attentive but discreet which is something we appreciate. Not perfect but we are all humans...Some extra points too for side table service for the profiteroles desert ! Last but not least, kudos to Executive Chef Sean for dropping by our table and asking our young daughter if she wanted something special prepared by the kitchen. In today's busy world, we unfortunately don't see such gestures anymore. This will only reinforce our loyalty towards Blue Bovine and continue to recommend it to friends.

We had an incredible dining experience here. From start to finish, the service was exceptional! A special shout-out to executive Chef Sean blomeley, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. Every dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavour. It's rare to find a place that delivers such high-quality food alongside genuinely outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated steakhouse experience in the city!

I can't remember the last time I had so much fun at a dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service from every staff member was perfect. Great energy in the place. The highlight was the Chef Shawn coming out, chatting and giving our table personal attention. He also came out and made desert table side.. his extra efforts really made it a meal to remember for all of us. HIGHLY recommend! We will be back!

Food and service was 5-star. Wine list was excellent (Amarone by the glass). But the music is WAY too loud. To give you an idea, they have an in-house DJ. If you do not mind bellowing above the music (a pox on that subwoofer!) or leaning in to 2 feet from your companion's face in an attempt to hear what they are saying, then the din should not bother you. However if you are over 40 and you are starting to have problems hearing speech above background noise, you might wonder who at Blue Bovine thought it a good idea to target only a young demographic, who are at home feeling the bass in their stomach and hollering above the racket. I get it; I also used to enjoy being assailed by a wall of synthetic sound. But if you prioritize conversation or peace at a restaurant, ask to be seated in the quietist corner of the restaurant.

Exceptional service, food, and ambiance. The steak cuts were extremely tasty and moist. Entire group loved the food.

Fantastic experience. The general manager Ashley checked on us thru dinner to ensure everything was good. The Chef Sean stopped by before our order to explain the meats to us which blew us away. And Danny the manager and our server Bogdan were on top of all the other details. Imran is also a terrific server assistant

Had an incredible dinner with my daughter before the leaf game. We had the prix fix menu and it was so good. A career to start, steak and mashed potatoes as a main with a vegetarian sushi. What's even more special is that the GM Ashley came to the table to check on us and focusing her attention more towards my 11 year old daughter, which made my daughter feel super important. Following that Chef Shaun came to the table and offered my daughter a complimentary ice cream which she LOVED. A shoutout to our serve who was attentive (sorry don't remember her name, but she did introduce herself) and Moza the floor manager who was also very attentive. What a great experience at Blue Bovine steak and sushi! We will Be back!

Overall, Blue Bovine was an impressive restaurant, for steak and sushi the menu is extensive. Starting with the downsides, the price was pretty steep and the spicy tuna maki had great presentation, but I was surprised with the fishy taste from it giving me the impression it was as high of quality compared with other sushi I've had. BUT Steak was perfectly cooked and very tender, with just the right amount of fat for a striploin to give it flavor. Service was friendly and quick, location is easy to walk or take transit too, parking garages are all a few minute walk and paid but still cool to be right in union station.

I've been to Blue Bovine a number of times and consistently enjoyed my meals here. I recently went to catch the World Series and to be close to the pre- and post-game action around Rogers Place — great spot for that sports bar energy while still offering a higher-end menu. We ordered the seafood tower for two. The oysters, lobster, and shrimp were excellent, but the crab legs unfortunately tasted off — not fresh and had a strong fishy smell. We mentioned this to our server, but nothing was done, which was disappointing. For our main we shared the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and served with a great selection of finishing salts. The asparagus with hollandaise was also a delicious side. Dessert was the highlight — the profiteroles arrived inside a chocolate sphere that melts tableside under warm chocolate. Excellent flavour and presentation. Overall, still a fun place to watch the game with great food. The service on this visit wasn't ideal, and we ended up switching sections for a different server. This isnt my first time complaining about the service. They really need to do a better job in hiring and training their wait staff. Regardless, I'll be back — hopefully with a better service experience next time.

Well first off never ordered nothing here before but 250$? For a steak? And people actually spent that much money on it. Well yea you deserved to get ripped off for your stupidity on paying that much lmao.
