This cozy and warm little neighbourhood gem does everything right: from their generous (and vegan-friendly, if you choose) charcuterie boards, to their affordably priced cocktails and wide range of local beers and ciders (try whatever's on special!), to little things like including the tax in their prices (THANK YOU). I've lived nearby for years and can't believe it took me so long to try Bluebird. I've been back a couple of times already.

Hidden gem of a bar with a nice patio and inside seating. Great daily specials on drinks and absolutely delicious cheese and meat boards. But the best part...the owner will make you feel like you're at home before your second round of drinks.

Bluebird is unassuming from the street, but after forgetting about it several times I finally brought it up when a friend asked to meet for drinks and we didn't regret it.A nice variety of drink options, excellent atmosphere, friendly waitstaff. This gem almost feels out of place in the Dundas West area (in the best way possible)Pros: Drink special was actually enticing and worth orderingCons: Cider selection leaves something to be desired
Dietary restrictions: Food was mostly just cheese and charcuterie boards.As with any good quality cocktail bar, some drinks contain egg whites. Be clear about dietary restrictions and preferences with staff and they will happily oblige you.

Absolutely stunning little bar. Stumbled upon it one day and very quickly became a regular because of the down to earth hospitality and the laid back vibe. The Charcuterie boards are the best I've seen across the country, and are by far a major point of return for us. The daily deals and the conversations with the owner/bartender make it a cozy escape from Toronto life.10/10.

The service is friendly, relaxed, and unpretentious.
The drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are varied and well-executed.
And the food (cheese, charcuterie and vegan) boards are inspired and delicious. Honestly, they are a work of art.
Bluebird is an all-around five-star experience for me, and I feel fortunate to have it so close to home.
