were unnecessarily rude

Went there twice, both time same unpleasant staff and service.

Sadly First time because of my service dog, even tho I had provided his license they kept repeating their no Dog policy and rushed me out.

Second time I was simply asking about the size of the cappuccino I was handed, since I paid $6.50 I thought I would be getting not so much of a tiny cup. She rudely replied “our cappuccino is only in the small size” and kept repeating if I wanted my receipt.

For a nice café it’s very unfortunate to have such an unpleasant service and to ruin the start of my day

We purchased my bridal shower cake from
Bobbette & Belle and it was so beautiful and tasty! I had always loved their shop so it was a dream of mine to have one of their cakes at my shower. My guests absolutely loved the cake and the experience was lovely. Highly recommend for any of your event pastry needs!

This place is cute. Its got quite some seating for the small place they have and loved their Zucchini Walnut Muffin and carrot cake. Their birthday cakes are amazing too.

The Strawberry Cupcake was a miss at Bobbette & Belle Artisanal Pastries. They also mistook our order and packaged two Strawberry Cupcake instead of 1 Strawberry Cupcake and 1 Carrot Cupcake :(

The Chocolate Hazelnut Cake is one of the best chocolate cakes on the planet! Always moist and perfectly balanced. The service and atmosphere at this bakery are is wonderful. 10/10 reccomend

I found the staff unaccomodating and rude.

I asked about seatings, tables meant for 2 customers were occupied by an individual. The staff dismissed this and were not helpful. They basically ignored my request. They also seemed bothered when I asked for some sugar for my latte.

I may not be a regular customer. The quality of the pastries I appreciated, however, the staff should be trained to be consistently as opposed to selectively respectful and accomodating with all customers equally.

Food is always tasty but you do pay extra for those items with fancy decorations. The fancy cookies are almost too pretty to eat! The customer service at the Yonge St. location is often slow.

I thought I would try B&B when I saw their 15% off thanksgiving promo. I ended up ordering the cupcakes and they were delicious. Everything was done through their online store nice and smoothly. Only thing I would suggest is a confirmation email that lets the customer know the goodies are ready for pickup the day before or day of. ☺️

This is my favourite coffee shop in the city. The atmosphere is 10/10, and the food and drinks are all so exquisite. It's a treat coming here, and my whole family enjoys it.

Picked up and sticky toffee pudding for a celebration - amazing! Definitely buying this again. And picked up two blueberry scones with lemon curd. Honestly - OMG!
