Bobbette & Belle Artisanal Pastries

After researching various cakes in the city, we decided to order the Hydrangea cake from Bobette & Belle for my mom’s milestone birthday. While the cake was absolutely stunning, the taste unfortunately didn’t live up to the presentation.

Exterior (5/5): The design work was incredible - elegant, detailed, and admired by all of our guests. The artistry was without question the highlight of the cake.

Interior (2/5): Like other reviewers have mentioned, the cake itself was quite dry. The thin layer of raspberry buttercream was barely noticeable in both texture and flavour, leaving the overall experience rather bland. Despite its beauty, our guests were underwhelmed by the taste, and most slices went unfinished.

Bobette & Belle has amazing exterior designs, but we hope they revisit their recipes to ensure the inside is just as memorable as the outside. With flavour and texture to match their artistry, their cakes could be exceptional in every way.

Very limited choices for slice cakes by pieces; most of the time when I visit your restaurant, there are only couple choices of slice cakes to choose, either chocolate cakes or carrot cakes; I would like to see more varieties of flavour to choose from.

Have ordered several cakes from this shop, and they've been excellent every time. Highly recommend their carrot cake which, in my opinion, is the best in Toronto.

The carrot cake is perfect! We have been ordering the everyday cakes for all of our special occasions.
We used a cake topper and the look and taste was fantastic.

I bought 12 cupcakes of different flavors, disappointed with the taste.Icing is too heavy and sweet. They tasted like cupcakes bought from a groceries store. Definitely not worth the price

Bobbette messed up my delivery as only part of my orders arrived. There was no support whatsoever. Just in time to spoil my long weekend party 👎👎👎

were unnecessarily rude

Went there twice, both time same unpleasant staff and service.

Sadly First time because of my service dog, even tho I had provided his license they kept repeating their no Dog policy and rushed me out.

Second time I was simply asking about the size of the cappuccino I was handed, since I paid $6.50 I thought I would be getting not so much of a tiny cup. She rudely replied “our cappuccino is only in the small size” and kept repeating if I wanted my receipt.

For a nice café it’s very unfortunate to have such an unpleasant service and to ruin the start of my day

We purchased my bridal shower cake from
Bobbette & Belle and it was so beautiful and tasty! I had always loved their shop so it was a dream of mine to have one of their cakes at my shower. My guests absolutely loved the cake and the experience was lovely. Highly recommend for any of your event pastry needs!

Love the cupcakes, perfect gift for any occasion! The 1 dozen is always my preference

This place is cute. Its got quite some seating for the small place they have and loved their Zucchini Walnut Muffin and carrot cake. Their birthday cakes are amazing too.

The Strawberry Cupcake was a miss at Bobbette & Belle Artisanal Pastries. They also mistook our order and packaged two Strawberry Cupcake instead of 1 Strawberry Cupcake and 1 Carrot Cupcake :(
