I found the staff unaccomodating and rude.
I asked about seatings, tables meant for 2 customers were occupied by an individual. The staff dismissed this and were not helpful. They basically ignored my request. They also seemed bothered when I asked for some sugar for my latte.
I may not be a regular customer. The quality of the pastries I appreciated, however, the staff should be trained to be consistently as opposed to selectively respectful and accomodating with all customers equally.

Food is always tasty but you do pay extra for those items with fancy decorations. The fancy cookies are almost too pretty to eat! The customer service at the Yonge St. location is often slow.

I thought I would try B&B when I saw their 15% off thanksgiving promo. I ended up ordering the cupcakes and they were delicious. Everything was done through their online store nice and smoothly. Only thing I would suggest is a confirmation email that lets the customer know the goodies are ready for pickup the day before or day of. ☺️

This is my favourite coffee shop in the city. The atmosphere is 10/10, and the food and drinks are all so exquisite. It's a treat coming here, and my whole family enjoys it.

Picked up and sticky toffee pudding for a celebration - amazing! Definitely buying this again. And picked up two blueberry scones with lemon curd. Honestly - OMG!

Bobbette & Belle is hands down the best bakery in town! Their cakes are unparalleled—beautifully crafted, moist, and absolutely delicious. Their apple cider is another standout, perfect for cozying up during fall. It’s become a family favorite for its consistent quality and charm. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a sweet treat, Bobbette & Belle never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The Queen Street East location is so pretty and such a nice spot to stop for a coffee and treat. The cupcakes here are amazing! The carrot cake is also exceptional (well, all their cakes are wonderful).

Bobbette & Belle is hands down one of my favorite spots in Toronto for cakes and macarons! Their chocolate hazelnut cake is an absolute masterpiece—so irresistible that it’s become part of my birthday celebrations (some pics added so you know I’m serious!). It’s so good, even my cousin with a nut allergy jokes about risking it all for just one bite! If you’re looking for a cake that’s guaranteed to impress, this is it. Thank me later! 😍

Holiday orders are a complete disaster. Arriving very late beyond time scheduled for pick up. I showed up at 11 AM and waited over 30 minutes for a preorder I ordered 4 weeks ago. The food is good but preorders are a mess. My friend said she came on a weekday and the scones weren’t available at 9 either. I waited half an hour to be told (after they were unloading the first late delivery truck) that my order was not there yet and probably on the second delivery van. I had to leave and make another trip on Christmas Eve.
Went back 3 hours later, 2 hours before closing and my order has still not arrived at the store. I cannot make 3 trips in one day. Horrendous!
Edit: They acknowledged the problems of Christmas Eve orders and have refunded me for my troubles. I made a suggestion that orders be delivered to the store in the order that they were received since I made the Christmas Eve order for a box of scones 4 weeks prior. Even though they were short staffed, there’s no reason my order was near the end and on the later delivery past 2:30 PM.
