I love this shop! Everything in there is top-notch… The decor, the products the baked goods the service. I always order desserts and just picked up my sticky toffee pudding for Christmas. I give them all the stars!

The staff has no customer service focus, the tables are preferred to be used for orders rather than providing space for customers. the internet connection failed,they say it goes down frequently, all wrong! Only the food was tasty but not worth for the experience

The cakes were a little dry for my liking but the presentation is top notch. For the Ultimate Chocolate Cake, the inside gooey layers could be thicker and more plentiful as that made the cake feel more moist. The Chocolate Hazelnut Cake tasted great but a little dry.

Placed an order with Bobbette and Belle after a successful birthday cake order for a friend a few years ago. I got a carrot cake for my partner's birthday and it was a hit (forgot to even tske a photo haha)! Cannot wait to try their other cakes soon!

Called ahead to ask about cakes and the guy on the phone was so kind and helpful. When I came into the store, the woman who helped me was a bit short, and she seemed irritated with an older couple who walked in too, which threw off the vibe a little.

I brought home the Mango Passionfruit cake, and while the flavour itself was decent, the buttercream frosting was extremely dense with a very strong butter taste. It was overpowering and felt heavy instead of light and sweet. I was pretty disappointed, and I’m hoping it was just an off day.

I will say that the quality has gone downhill. I ordered a raspberry chocolate cake and they seem to have skimped out on the raspberry filling and it is just purely buttercream filler. A few years ago, it had the raspberry filling that I really enjoyed. Also, the paper box they put their cakes in is such a bad design, gave myself a large paper cut and had to just rip right through the paper box, terrible design. Pretty disappointed and not worth the $70 price tag. I could have gone local for half the price for better quality, won't be ordering from them ever again.

What I really like about this place is the way they display their pastries it looks like a whole festival, especially in the mornings! Everything looks so delicious that it’s impossible to just grab a coffee and leave. The atmosphere and interior design are very cute, and it’s such a lovely neighbourhood café. A perfect spot to start your day!

After researching various cakes in the city, we decided to order the Hydrangea cake from Bobette & Belle for my mom’s milestone birthday. While the cake was absolutely stunning, the taste unfortunately didn’t live up to the presentation.

Exterior (5/5): The design work was incredible - elegant, detailed, and admired by all of our guests. The artistry was without question the highlight of the cake.

Interior (2/5): Like other reviewers have mentioned, the cake itself was quite dry. The thin layer of raspberry buttercream was barely noticeable in both texture and flavour, leaving the overall experience rather bland. Despite its beauty, our guests were underwhelmed by the taste, and most slices went unfinished.

Bobette & Belle has amazing exterior designs, but we hope they revisit their recipes to ensure the inside is just as memorable as the outside. With flavour and texture to match their artistry, their cakes could be exceptional in every way.

Very limited choices for slice cakes by pieces; most of the time when I visit your restaurant, there are only couple choices of slice cakes to choose, either chocolate cakes or carrot cakes; I would like to see more varieties of flavour to choose from.
