I usually go in person to this bubble tea shop and they are good. The time I decide to order online, they actively make it so the BOGO order only appears as one drink in the Uber eats order. You end up paying for two drinks and receiving only one. I even called to try to fix the concern but the owner showed no remorse and refused to help. Never going back here again.

They have great bubble tea options. More importantly they offer customizable drinks if you want to skip sugar and add splenda instead. They also have a good option of Aloe Vera topping for the calorie conscious who may want to avoid boba but still enjoy toppings in their drinks. Their lavender tea is my personal favourite. Love this place!

Ordered two passionfruit orange green teas. They always used to put an orange slice but didn’t few times. Not sure why the drink has the word “orange” in it anymore. Should be charging less if they are removing ingredients.

Thank goodness I was struck by a sudden and out-of-character craving for boba, because if I hadn't, I wouldn't have found this place!I've only had boba once or twice before and I was hoping I'd find somewhere close to home that could sate that craving. The staff was so helpful and the boba SO good. It's a perfectly small venue, charming and easy to get to.I knew this place was something special when I saw the corgi branding!

We tried Rose Milk tea and Mango Slushy with 50% sugar. Mango Slushy I would prefer to have maybe 10% more sugar. It had a mild fragrant mango flavour. Rose Milk was overall good.

Upon tasting the beverage, I noticed a discrepancy between the flavor and what I anticipated based on your menu description. It is my understanding that your menu advertises the use of natural ingredients, including almonds and milk.However, upon inquiry with the server, I learned that the almond milkshake was prepared using a flavored almond mix in combination with regular milk. As a loyal customer of your restaurant, I have always appreciated the emphasis on using natural and authentic ingredients in your dishes. Therefore, the use of flavored almond mix instead of natural almonds was unexpected and did not meet my expectations.Given the discrepancy between the advertised ingredients and those used in the preparation of the almond milkshake, I kindly request clarification on the ingredients typically used in this beverage.
