This was a random Google find for brunch not too far off the Danforth. I'm so glad we did find it because this place did not disappoint.

The restaurant is cute and clean. Perfect for a nice coffee and baked good treat or brunch/lunch. The smoked salmon is a MUST HAVE and it's made in house. The brunch portion was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the fingerling potatoes texture had a nice slight crisp on the outside but soft on the inside...
The perfect Toronto brunch spot. Everything was so fresh. Peameal bacon made in house. To die for French stick... again, incredibly fresh. A really cute place. You can tell the staff loves working here. Will be back.
Stopped by the Bodega for lunch , it is an absolute hidden gem on Gerard west of Woodbine . Its interior is well done, homely setting, compact cozy place with a good patio.
Menu has good choices for breakfast and light lunch . It’s mostly packed with local residents who are regulars. We ordered mimosas and a Hot Fried Chicken Sammy as well as the Smoked Salmon Sandwich, both were delicious, prepared excellently and good portions. The fingerling potatoes are crispy...
