The food was really delicious, the staff was very attentive and sweet. The pastel de natas were the best I've had! It's a nice place to rest and eat before a concert. ☺️

Love this spot so much! I wasn’t always into custard tarts but I’m a convert now. Also loved the friendly vibe even early in the morning - JP was so great 🙂

JP had amazing service, the blueberry muffin with my warm hot drink was amazing. JP came to our table cleaned it even though the place is well taken care of and he also brought our order to us. Definitely recommend good spot on the Danforth to meet and enjoy a treat!

What a lovely place to visit! I visited Bom Dia during my trip to Toronto & ended up taking several pastries home on my flight. The BomBom latte was perfectly sweet and balanced.

Thank you so much to JP for his hospitality & recommendations. His joy and warmth made my day! I will definitely back next time I’m in town.

A real neighbourhood gem — beautiful cakes & genuinely kind service!

I've now ordered two birthday cakes from Bom Dia Cafe — one in May and another in July — and both were absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Truly showstopping! Not only did the cakes look stunning, but every single guest at both parties commented on how amazing they tasted. Moist, flavourful, and clearly made with care.
I also stopped by the café today & had to take a business call, and something small but meaningful happened — I had forgotten my notebook and was jotting down notes on a very small scrap of paper. The owner noticed, and when he brought over my coffee, he also handed me a few sheets of proper note paper. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really speaks to the kind of place this is.

Beautiful food, warm atmosphere, a team that goes out of their way to make your experience better. Highly recommend!

I used to dream of Belem’s pasteis de nata but these are a great substitute and lot closer to home.

Love the treats ( Pasteis de Nata!) - first time I've been to a Portuguese cafe, the atmosphere and staff (especially JP) are lovely. My new favorite spot on the Danforth for coffee and teats.
