I have been to Enoteca before , normally after a work night and ordered the signature pizza and a glass of wine while I waited - the first time I went there I was so very pleased, it felt like a boutique passion project by a very approachable and passionate owner …I stopped going after becoming obsessed for a bit ( I mean, how many pizzas can you eat every week !?) ..my partner and I were out tonight and decided to, why not a pizza ? I have to say , my first impression was just the appetizer to the progression of this wonderful little gem in Bloor west - we ordered the arugula
Pizza which was SO REFRESHING….the owner mentions it’s a bit of a salad on a pizza , and he couldn’t be more accurate ! The amount and quality of the fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomato’s , arugula and prosciutto de Parma was a guilt free indulgence - we topped it off with a glass of great red and a MAJOR WIN - salted caramel and I think burnt espresso Cookie’s

If you are looking for a place to grab some fantastic food before, during, or after work ( right at the corner of Runnymede TTC ) GO TO ENOTECA 89

A hidden gem in Bloor west. Fantastic cappuccino, friendly staff, and great food. Nice relaxed, and quiet vibe inside.

Four of us.

Had a pizza, wine, and salad here. Food was lovely. The pizza was outstanding and I loved the way the Caesar salad was served. Generous portions.
The service was professional and attentive.

Atmosphere was good, great music and it was at a perfect volume - ( unlike the male server who was there and literally shouting) and berating another female server loudly. It was a bit of a turn off when everything else was so perfect. He just needs to tone it down a bit to match the chill vibe.

Easily one of the best pizzas one could dream to find in the greater Toronto area!! The atmosphere feels perfectly and intentionally curated with everything from the decor down to the amazing playlist seeming to add the eating experience. Compliments to the chef, the owner, and the 10/10 service from the amazing waitress.

Declined in quality significantly since they rebranded. I used to come here when it was Bello, the pizza was phenomenal then, in person and when delivered (I only live a few minutes away). I just tried the pepperoni pizza from their new menu, and it was so disappointing, pizza arrived soggy, the crust was so thin, all the toppings fell off, not one slice remained intact, and it was also super super salty. Definitely not worth $30 for such an experience, maybe it would better in person but then adjust the crust slightly if you know it won’t travel well, even if for just a few minutes. Sad to say they lost this customer.

My new favorite restaurant! The chef, Isac, is so nice and kind and of course, he cooks deliciously. He let us try a pasta dish they’re planning to add to the menu, and it was amazing. the dessert one of my favorites in all of Toronto

The chef was absolutely amazing 🙌🏼 The pasta was out of this world — super fresh and full of flavor. You can tell it’s made with passion 💯 Everything was perfect, from the service to the little details on the plate. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This place is just absolutely amazing!

We had a full circle moment with one of my best friends here .

Food is very good , the pizza dough is like the authentic Italian pizza dough, the selection of wines they have you won't find it anywhere else around and the service was excellent!

10/10 !!

Enoteca 89 is a real gem on Bloor – a cozy, inviting spot that delivers a great dining experience, especially if you’re a pizza lover. Let me start by saying this: the pizza is phenomenal. Easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. The dough is where they truly shine – light, airy, and perfectly blistered. You can tell they’ve taken their time perfecting it, and it shows with every bite.

The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being overbearing. The staff knows the menu well and are happy to make recommendations, particularly when it comes to their impressive selection of wines. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or just someone looking for a good pairing, they’ve got you covered with a thoughtful range that complements the food beautifully.

The menu overall is solid – focused and well-executed. While everything we tried was tasty, I personally would love to see a touch more creative flair or seasonal variety, especially for those of us who enjoy a bit of a culinary surprise now and then. That said, the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation is evident throughout.

Would I go back? Absolutely. Enoteca 89 offers a great balance of comfort, quality, and hospitality. If you’re in the area and craving a well-crafted pizza, good wine, and great service, this is the place.
