Waited outside as the sign instructed and no one came out even though staff had seen us waiting in the cold. Lots of other cafes in the area so decided to leave.
Very cute and tasty place, not much to add from what everyone else has mentioned. just was passing by and we stopped here. Small place, fresh baked everything, great staff, local warm feeling. I heard summer time there’s a line up usually. Omelette was great, everything is light feeling, but will fill you up! Saving this spot

A very cute, small spot on Queen East. There’s usually a long queue to get in, but every time I’ve gone, I’ve arrived early and avoided the wait. I absolutely love their French toast—my friend really enjoyed her breakfast too. The coffee was hot, exactly how I like it. The space is a bit cramped, but I didn’t mind it at all. Honestly, the French toast has to be one of the best in town!

Ordered an almond croissant, I think I’ve had better at Rim Horton’s. This place was a neighbourhood classic, has really gone downhill with the new owners.

This is a wonderful spot. Cozy vibes, delicious food, and kind & friendly staff. Worth the wait on a weekend but would suggest going on a weekday if possible. A true Leslieville gem.

I've been coming here for the last 7 years, at least every month.
This is by far my most visited restaurant in the city.
The food is delicious. The staff is great! (we go for weekend brunch usually)
In summertime when we have our dog, the staff accomodates and even brings a treat for out four legged friend. They go beyond.
It feels like a spot where they focus on remaining authentic and providing excellent customer service. I can't say enough great things about this spot.
Oh, and the eggs benny are 10/10. Always a hit. And the Baguette too. Best Baguette in town!

Had brunch here on a Thursday. Fortunately we didn't have to wait for a table. It not a very big space so there are long waits sometimes. The service was great and the food was as good as I remembered it to be. We even bought a few pastries to take away.

One of my two favorite spots in the Riverside area for breakfast. The menu is just so great, coffee and espresso are of great quality, and the staff is very friendly.

Cozy restaurant. Just ordered a breakfast sandwich. It wasnt bad, just had to put some hot sauce on it. It was decently priced though.

A cute, cozy breakfast-brunch spot that’s been around since 1997. Though ownership has changed, the food is still pretty good. Everything from the pastries to the plates feels homemade and comforting. Lovely service too. Come early though, there's always a line.

Absolutely love this spot! It’s cozy, charming, and truly one-of-a-kind. Every dish we ordered was spot on. The Benny was outstanding, especially with the French-inspired twist of using a croissant as the base—it elevated the whole experience. And the French toast? Hands down the best I’ve had so far! Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a memorable brunch. Without a doubt, one of Toronto’s top brunch destinations!

We have enjoyed Bonjour Brioche since it first opened, many, many years ago. We were thrilled that many of staff remained when ownership changed, and the food is as delicious as ever (spicy bacon sandwiches, quiche, lemon twists, flourless chocolate cake, and their latte bowls are some of our favourites…). The service (especially at their take out window) is also great. I don’t often call in my take out order, but when I do, the person who picks up the phone always remembers my order and my name.
It’s a nice place to enjoy a weekend brunch too.

Some of the most amazing breakfast in the city! We love both the indoor space and the outdoor patio. Also there to go window with fresh pastries is amazing. Even their little baguettes don’t compare to others. Can’t recommend this place enough. I usually take guests here when they visit from out of town
