Although we are not frequent visitors (just a couple of times a year), we couldn’t help but notice the effects of shrinkflation on the portion sizes. The service was good overall, but we did experience some issues—another couple who arrived after us was seated before us, and we ended up waiting about an hour for our meals

Unlike any other breakfast place, the best Boom location for sure. The atmosphere and service are unmatched. My partner and I go every week and everything we have tried has been some of the best breakfast food you can get! They go the extra step at this location and it really shows, great work Boom at Eglington!

Easily one of the best breakfast spots in the Yonge-Eglinton area. My partner and I have tried most of the items on this list, and I don't think there is a single thing I've disliked. The staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been going to boom on eglinton ever since they opened. The food is great and plentiful. The whole staff is always very welcoming and friendly. They even give out little snacks to the people that are waiting for a table. They never rush you and always make sure that you had a great time. I highly recommend boom without any reservation.

We live close by, but it was our first time here and it was great! It took 25 min for our food to arrive, however we were not in rush so that’s totally fine. Salmon Benedict is mouthwatering and to my surprise, guys, waffles! 🧇 get them! I usually don’t got for sweets, but those waffles were out of the world, extremely fluffy and fresh. We loved it!

The service was very poor, we waited a long time and the staff were rude.
They did not apologize for their delay.

The waitresses are mean, rude and unpleasant. The management appears to be clueless. Maybe this might give them a clue.

I was there on the weekend with my toddler, newborn and wife. We stood at the door for a while. No one walked by or spoke to us, until we saw a waitress pass near by so I waved (hello) only have her stop look me dead in the eye and the most aggressive rude way possible said "the host will be right with you okay and he will seat you"

We wanted to leave right there and then, however we had just parked we have kids and weren't ready to walk out hop back in the car and go somewhere else.

The food wasn't worth the wait either.

Still pretty busy at 1pm on a Monday! They were very accommodating to my gluten sensitivity, and clearly outlined any food risks. Will definitely visit again

No reservations so you'd think there'd be a waitlist, where they take your name. But no, there's a single host who apparently remembers the order in which people come in and their party size. Great if he's there. Not so great if he's not. Took a while to get seated but breakfast was excellent.

Came for brunch on Halloween morning. It was busy and it seemed that they were missing a pair of hands, however, David from kitchen gave us one of the best service I had in a long time. Great attitude, amazing energy and overall a nice guy. Good job amigo!

I recently visited Boom with a few friend, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was incredibly slow. We waited over an hour for our food, which was frustrating.

When the dishes finally arrived, some were overcooked, which was disappointing. My brunch burger, while flavorful, was too soggy and unappetizing. Overall, the slow service and inconsistent food quality made for a frustrating brunch. I hope they can improve, but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Anna’s service was the most memorable part. She was really sweet and attentive and really felt like she made my dad the birthday boy feel special.

The food is really good but she’s priceyyy, you can’t leave this place without spending an easy $30 just for food.
Still really good food, service is decent, and orange juice is fresh!
