Management needs to do better. I was in there when it was busy which I don’t mind but within my 15 mins of waiting for my drink I watched 2 people’s tickets aside from mine get lost/forgotten about. The poor guy blending everything was getting all the backlash which I don’t think was warranted. I think there just needs to be a better system so people’s orders aren’t being forgotten about

My daughter loves the strawberry sunshine smoothie. The service sucks. Staff seem annoyed that you showed up and practically throw the drink at you when they're done making it but the taste is good so we keep going back when we're out on our walks.

I’m sorry to report that booster juice is not vegan friendly. I figured such a big company that makes smoothies would be and that’s unfortunately not true. It also doesn’t help that the person working on the day I went in didn’t know simple question and also said there wasn’t any ingredients list available in store (which I find to be truly ridiculous!) there was one person working like crazy while the person who tended to me had their AirPods in and gave off the impression they would rather be anywhere else in the world then working and talking with guests or even helping their colleague. They had an attitude throughout the entire experience and the smoothies that were purchased weren’t even made properly. So yeah this booster juice and all booster juices will no longer be the place I go for smoothies!
