I worked in the food industry for years and never have I ever refused last call for 20 + people even at last 5 minutes. This booster location refused me and my wife at last few minutes closing, how hard is it to close washing a few blenders and washing such a small location. Lazy.

I am flabbergasted… i come here all the time to get my smoothies when I need one and I always substitute the base with almond milk or coconut water. They always warn me that the drink my taste different bc of that and I always say yes I know but I get it all the time because I can’t have a lot of sugar bc of my diabetes . But today the girl told me no we can’t make any sort of substitutions. I then told her I’ve had my stuff substituted all the time because I can’t have high sugar contents and she said they don’t do that here when I’ve done it like 20 Times at this location. So she flat out lied to my face?? Like damn never going back to this location bc even on your website you guys say you do the substitution. Im so mad rn. I went on sat march 1 at 11 am idk the girls name but a flat out liar. I dont know what to say loss of words. Is there somewhere else that I can complain on ??

Whoever the lady working on Jan. 27th in the morning (9:30am) was the nastiest most miserable employee I’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t believe the attitude my mom and I received from her, she refused to make eye contact and rolled her eyes at us for making the simple request of adding oat milk to my smoothie, and to top it off when my lovely mom said “thank you have a nice day” before we left, despite the terrible attitude we received, the lady just GLARED at us instead of saying your welcome. I have truly never had such a rude customer service experience completely unwarranted. If you hate people THIS much, please do NOT work in customer service.
