Booster juice has gone massively downhill. Juice isn’t even fresh. The watermelon smoothie just has “watermelon sorbet”. They always have a new, new Canadian working, they always forget to ask if you’d like a booster in it and never ask for berry rewards. Most basic job ever nobody was ever trained properly to do!! I’m going to stop going entirely as the franchise has gone massively downhill.

Decent smoothies .. just not sure about the sweet concentrate they use. I am A bit wary .. so it’s better to check before. I tired the strawberry protein shake . It was good and the acai bowl.. not sure of the sugar in the bowl.

Terrible service. We’ve ordered our drinks waited forever since the server was by herself during Pride festival. Was being patient and gracious until she was making and serving drinks for customers who paid after us.
Hopefully management will have proper staffing during events in the surrounding area.

I placed an order and right after I got the order a person bumped into me and my drink dropped right in front of the store. I still needed to explain to the employee what happened and the drink was all over my pants and shoes and she still refused to make me a new drink. I know it’s technically not their fault but the employee just walked away while I was explaining what happened. Spent $10 on a drink that I didn’t even get a sip of.
