Awesome customer service, very delicious booster juice flavours & yummy options. Very efficient and kindy lady. No waiting in line ever, definitely love this Yonge and Eglinton location. š

The customer service is worst and they don't have ears to listen properly and one of the employee was so rude acting so bad! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Tried to get a smoothie at 9:30 (hours listed as opening at 9AM). There were no employees in sight. Waited around for 5 minutes and no one showed up so I gave up

generally the employees are fine, the smoothies are good, nothing to write home about. However, one time i went to get a smoothie and there was nobody there. It was before closing time, there was no sign or any indication of why the place was closed. I ended up just leaving, it was a really weird experience.
This location is never open when you need it. It says 10am online but it never is. Usually opens at least 1
30 mins later. When theyāre here itās great however they do not open when they say they do and it makes things very frustrating for customers
I ordered two drinks over the app on Nov 20 and when I went to the store, it was closed. The store has been closed ever since. I have not heard from the owner of the store and I have called endless times with no answer. I have not received refund for the drinks I never received.
Probably the first time drink staff under poured as in it fell below the lid. Not to mention I don't she follows the correct portions drink was overly watery and tasted more like ice water then juice. Safe to say I'll never return to this location.
Amazing place, love every drink on the menu. I am a fan.

Terrible customer service. When I went back immediately telling the manager who prepared the drinks which I ordered, that she mixed up our orders, and even showed her proof and told her that we all tasted the difference, and due to the drinks being different sizes, we couldnāt just switch back and forth between us, but also we donāt want to share saliva with one another.
However, instead of taking the drinks back and making new ones, she told me that I was wrong and she was right and that she knew my order as I got to that location almost daily and get the same thing all the time and never complain before⦠So I said yes, so why wouldnāt you take my word when I tell you that you mixed up the drinks for the first time? I was completely nice about it until she told me, repeatedly that sheās right and Iām wrong and that she made the drinks and she knows which ones she put in which cups and handed to us. Then when I pointed out the colours of the drinks coincided with the drinks I was suggesting they were and she said, āthe colour doesnāt matter.ā I said ok, well the taste does. One tastes like tropical mango and the other strawberry banana. Then she argued that the taste also didnāt matter. Thatās when I was upset and said are you serious? Of course it matters! If it doesnāt look like a tuna salad, and if it doesnāt taste like a tuna salad, itās not a tuna salad and you canāt pass it off as chicken salad just because you say so⦠Thatās when she kept playing victim and asking why I was arguing with her and that I was questioning her job and what she did and that sheās been there for almost 2 years and sheās never made a mistake before and sheās never had anyone talk to her like this before. And thatās when I pointed out that she, in fact, was caught in a lie because Iāve personally been a witness to her being confronted by customers who have claimed she made their order wrong. And thatās when she started claiming that I was rude and I didnāt know what I was talking about and that it didnāt matter what the drink tasted like or looked like or what I said and that she knew she gave me the correct drinks in the correct cup sizes. Yet when all four of us a four year-old and seven-year-old who really wanted smoothies told her we all tasted opposite drinks, she argued some more and challenged us some more until I got really annoyed and told her I just want my money back and that I was never going back again. She took the drinks and in the most annoyed way slam toss them into the garbage and refunded my money via cash when I had paid debit and tried to get a refund back via debit.
You would think for someone who is constantly on her phone texting and talking at the same time via headphones and also taking multiple orders. Would at least admit that thereās a possibility in which she made a mistake. Every time I go there, she is on her phone and doesnāt even get off While she is taking customer orders. I often think sheās talking to me and I keep asking. Sorry excuse me sorry excuse me. I canāt hear you until she lets me know that she is not talking to me. After over a year of this I now know that itās her just being her on her phone. She claims to be the manager, but she does not exude the professionalism that a manager should be exuding.

Employee doesnt know basic english & donāt know much about their own products. Was concerned about āgelatinā in their yogurts/vanilla creams, and all he had to say was we do not know about that.
We love coming to YEC and grabbing a Booster Juice! Friendly service, delicious shakes!
