Just a suggestion to the management - please fill the bowl if somebody is willing to pay 14 bucks. I got half spoon of peanut butter, half strawberry sliced and 1/4th banana sliced. How ridiculous! Please make it work what a customer pays.

Management needs to support their staff by adjusting the number of employees working at peak hours. At no fault of the person working this morning, she was juggling both online and in-person orders of about 8 customers who all had their own reasons to rush in & out (work, school, meetings, etc.) If I were her, I would’ve crashed out by now! She’s a STAR for working as hard as she was, but it would make my experience at Booster Juice exponentially better if she wasn’t alone, capable of making mobile orders in advance, ready for urgent pick-up, and handling in-person counter orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Having one person do it all is convoluted and disrespectful to your staff AND your clients. Also the smoothie bowls are a terrible idea. They’re incredibly time consuming to make and I just KNOW the staff have been directed to make them as aesthetically pleasing as possible…. Wasting time! Ridiculous. 5 stars for the workers. 0 stars for the management.

Hours until 10 pm but closed by 920. Attendant standing inside doing nothing. Closed early instead of making business…looking through the reviews it appears that this happens quite frequently, even as early as 6 pm. Unreal. Avoid this place any time after noon. Who knows if they’ll be open or not? Maybe stick to your posted hours instead of misleading your customers?

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in around 6:30 PM wanting a fresh juice, only to be told they’d already cleaned the machine and couldn’t make any more — even though the store is open until 10 PM. Why advertise fresh juice if you stop serving it hours before closing? It’s unacceptable and lazy. If you’re open, you should be serving everything on the menu. I won’t be coming back.

Slow service. Employee seemed to be taking his time very slowly.. Had to wait 15 minutes just to get my order taken despite there being no customers in the store. Would not suggest coming to this location if you’re in a rush.
It just tastes like something I could easily make at home. It’s nothing special, just ordinary but still refreshing. I guess this place is for people in a rush who don’t have time to make their own smoothies. Honestly, I’d rather save my money and make stuff at home instead but I would still go here on a hot day.

Went there for my free booster juice. Checked online said it was open till 10 when I got there was closed. Empolyee said he’s not the owner of the store so nothing he could do. Someone needs to be held accountable!!!

This sounds odd but they always blend the smoothie best here compared to other booster juice’s in the city, some places feel so rushed that they hardly blend the smoothie. But this booster juice does it right 🔥
