Long standing customer of the Booster Juice brand. I never use the app or take advantage of any promotions offered. I am content paying premium dollar for premium product and service. I have not patronised Booster Juice for the past while, due to experiencing uncomfortable and repetitive disappointing service from a few locations. Having tried it again after having given time to the company to iron out whatever wrinkles plagued them, it is pleasing to know things are back to being great again. This location specifically at this moment is what rejuvenated my Faith with the brand. Keep up the great work!! And thank you very much to the super order taker and cashier "Gurpreet" (sorry if I misspelled) who made the positive difference!! See you tomorrow for my soon to be usual again!!

I visited the store it looks super clean around 6 pm those girls working really hard (simran,gurpreet nd nilisha) smmothie was too delicious

As a frequent flyer I often grab a booster juice. The airport locations are the worst and I visit a lot of locations! Especially the one in terminal 1 US departures. Always runny! Nothing like you advertise. When I ask to make it thicker they just add more ice. They use half the amount of frozen yogurt that all other locations use casing a consistency and taste difference. I don't mind paying more if I get what I pay for. Right now I am basically getting a watery juice when I want a thick smoothie. The location outside the gates in terminal one on the second floor is a little better but not by much. Very frustrated cause I know you can do better if you weren't being so cheap!

Has to be the worst booster juice in Canada. Products are always stale and the staff care more about themselves and their breaks than the customers. I stool for 5 minutes while 2 of 3 made their food to then go behind the counter and eat. Will not stop here again, go to one outside the airport.
