there was plastic blended in my mind over matcha! my entire drink was contaminated and i only discovered the pieces of plastic when i was nearly done my smoothie because they were laying at the bottom. this is a serious health hazard and i could have swallowed them what the hell??

I went there with my son , the lady at the counter was horrible with so much attitude.
They delivered the best services and have the best wings and fries in the town. Staff members named manvinder, rwail and almine were also very polite and supportive.

Very rude service today from the lady working today at booster at the front didnt care too, let me in at first said their closed when its literally 5:56pm and its supposed to close at 6pm. SHOWS ME their very lazy in providing service and do not care to serve the customer to the best of their ability. like I also dont get why they shut down the operation of the shop 5 mins before closing like how does that make any sense. This needs to fixed as every time I come on other days when their two other guys working I get treated with very good service and I dont see them closing the shop before the hour has hit so I dont get why she did, Need a explanation for this.

I visited this booster juice first time on last Tuesday. This was my first and last experience with this juice bar… They charged me for another drink too what I have never ordered. Asked for the refund immediately because it has been seen on the bill that they charged me for something else too. I tapped my phone but the refund has never been arrived to my bank account. Went back twice last week but they had took my receipt too and the boss told me that they will look after it what they never did because the money is still not on my bank account. Went back again this week (last time) but without my bill they cant do anything (what they asked to keep it last week).Btw the juice wasn’t even good, contained way too much ice cubes, taste was worst as well for 18 bucks…This was my third misscharge in 1 month in Toronto so guys, always ask for the receipt here (also in restaurants) because they are charging you 5-10 bucks more for no reason like here!

I usually don’t leave a review unless I had a bad experience but if there was a 0 star option i would rate your customer service that. This one worker with pink and blond faux locs took my order, NOT ONE WORD CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH she was just staring in my soul the whole time, took my cash and went to make my order. I ordered a mango hurricane, and there’s still chunks in my drink. I have never had chunks in my mango hurricane EVER. It isn’t even full, it’s barely full. I wish I was kidding… she then placed my cup on the counter (didn’t even hand it to me, I WAS LITERALLY INFRONT OF HER), and it was a bit aggressive as well.Girl idk if you’re having a bad day but don’t let it affect how you work and take it out on the damn customers. I understand you’re probably having a long and bad day but I literally work at Union Station too and I know how busy it can get but I’d never act like this towards costumers, matter of fact we’re nothing compared to this. Some of yall needa have manners, seriously. If you’re gonna be rude atleast make my drink right.
Paid for 2 extra scoops of protein powder, and when he poured my drink into the cup there was still an extra almost half large cup left. Why did I pay extra and not have it put into my order? Waste. And he wouldn’t pour the extra into another cup.
