The server went above and beyond to make a fresh tuna wrap for us! Taking the time to make a fresh tuna wrap was the only cost as a customer but well worth the wait! This is rare for some booster operators to do! They’ve earned me as a repeat customer!!! Keep up the amazing work! I’ll be back for a Tuna melt next time!

I'm a regular customer of this store. I live nearby and the workers here are friendly but today, I was served by Mannet. She stood out to me as a very friendly and polite employee. She greeted the two Dashers politely and with a smile as they walked in.
She also informed me about the drink's content that I was about to order and showed good knowledge of the products sold. I now have a new custom favorite drink which she suggested.
I felt bad for not tipping but I definitely will next time she serves me. This was the least I can do today and her positive attitude needs to be acknowledged and recognized. We need more employees like Mannet.

Just arrived at 7:05am on. Tuesday to grab a smoothie for breakfast before a big presentation and they were closed (lights off, no one in store) despite online and the door itself saying they would be open at 7am.

I came here all the time as it’s just around the corner from my house, but I went there on Friday, and once again, they couldn’t make the smoothie I was asking for, the reason being they didn’t have the ingredients. On top of that the boy working was very rude and did not have any patience with me while I was trying to pick another smoothie. I will not be returning.

The customer service at this Booster Juice will keep me coming back. The staff noticed I was confused and asked me questions to help me. In the end they provided me a recommendation that will be my go to moving forward!

Literally my life saver every time I need a pick me up! Everyone’s so friendly & smoothies are delicious !!!
On Saturday, September 14th, my husband went to this location at exactly 8 p.m. to get us a light dinner we had been looking forward to all day. We made sure to double-check that the store would be open before going. However, when we arrived, the door was locked. After my husband pointed out that the door sign indicated the store should still be open, a staff member came over and said, “I’m closing early because I’m working by myself and have already done a 6-hour shift.”
My husband, being the gentleman that he is, resisted the urge to mock the employee for such a ridiculous statement. I believe the employee should be penalized for this kind of behavior. Here’s a tip: if you can’t handle a job, don’t take it. Especially in the food industry, where people LITERALLY depend on you. This was truly shameful behavior.
