I was visited this store two time. I met the same skinny lady working Smunday morning in my two visits. In my first visit this Lady was doing something different instead of preparing my order. I just waited 20 mnts to have my order. In the second visit I waited excessive time. My order was inside the fridge while this lady was cleaning and talking on the phone long time while I was standing . After waiting almost 25 mnts,she opened the fridge and gave it to me my order. In my stay, I saw she was touching her hair and packing the drinks with out washing her hands. Completely unskilled,lazy and possess poor energy. Her physical movement is clumsy .She has no the motivation and stamina to perform the task she is doing. The other thing is she has very bad attitude. Because,unless she has wrinkled attitude on me ,I am not supposed to wait extra minutes to have an order which is inside a fridge.

We watched as an employee there dropped a big spoon on the floor, pick it up, and then drop the spoon in a bucket built into the counter that had more big spoons. She then took a 2nd spoon out of the same bucket and prepared a customers order. Totally unsanitary.
