Worst experience at this location. I order on the app. Waited in my car until it was ready, I went in after 30 minutes. The smoothie and sandwich wasn’t ready, went back to my car, came back ten minutes later, still not ready. They had 1 person working. She was taking everyone else’s order in line before making mine. At this point it’s been almost an hour since I put my order in. Finally she gives me the sandwich, it’s raw feeling, doughy, like she rushed it, I didn’t notice until I got to my car. Had to go back in AGAIN and she retested it. She ignored me half the time and was so polite to everyone else, wouldn’t even look at me. I’m a pretty patient and reasonable person but an hour for a panini and a smoothie is absolutely ridiculous

This location is always so unorganized. I come here regularly because I live around the corner but every time it’s a bad experience compared to other locations. Today I came in and ordered 2 smoothies and the 4 people who ordered AFTER me were served BEFORE me. I waited over 10 minutes for my smoothies. It’s so ridiculous. Zero organization here.
