There is no good service, I was waiting for 30 minutes to place an order and being totally ignored by an employee who didn’t seem to be in the mood to work.

This place struck me as pretty crazy. They have no menu on the wall, just a single faded and dog-eared printed menu sitting by the cash register, so nobody can consult the menu until the moment they order. The menu does not display prices. On my visit there was 1 person working, and each smoothie takes 5 minutes to make. We were there waiting for 10-15 minutes. When you’re charging $10 for a smoothie of inexpensive ingredients — apples, frozen strawberries - at least have the decency to properly staff the place. There are like 3 blenders there but they were being used one at a time.

Super friendly staff who made a great suggestion as to what I should have, based on what I was in the mood for.

Went in on Friday March 8 at approximately 630pm. Had the worst customer service experience for overpriced food in my life. The 2 ignorant people behind the counter thought it was OK to laugh and mock me openly, as if I wouldn't hear it in such a small location. I was a repeat customer but will NEVER return. They were lucky I didn't cause a larger scene. To add to the frustration, I paid nearly 10 dollars for for a smoothie only 3/4 full. NEVER AGAIN !!
The old lady with Short hair has Ridiculous customer service and is extremely rude. A request to the management to tale care of her as she’s spoiling business !!!
Absolute terrible customer service. I came in 10 minutes before closing, and as a courtesy I asked the lady at the counter if they are still accepting orders, and she said yes. While I was waiting for the orders I saw and heard banging and throwing of utensils on the sink as if the workers are so pissed because I’m still ordering at the last minute. The lady making my smoothie looks like she’s not having it either. I get it, I am late ordering but I asked nicely and that is no way to show customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I love the booster juices that I go to normally but this one I won't return to based on the customer service. The girl working there ignored me for a while until she was available. Clearly didn't care about me being in the store. After ordering 2 smoothies, I asked for a couple of small cups because my 4 and 2 year old in the car would lose their minds if we didn't share with them. The employee said she would have to charge me for the cups. When I asked how much she shrugged thought about it and arbitrarily said 25 cents each. The last booster juice I was at in Fergus not only gave me a cup for my little one, but put a little of the leftovers into another cup instead of wasting it for my other kiddo. That's customer service. Friendly and cared about her customers. This booster juice needs to take a lesson from them.Oh and the strawberry smoothy and watermellon smoothies tasted basically identical, made from concentrates not really fruit and one was watered down and chalky.
