My experience here was excellent and similar to other Booster Juice locations. Great product, great and attentive service. It does get busy sometimes though, with the large volume of people always in the area.

Very bad experience! I ordered strawberry serenitea teaser and one third of the cup is foam. When I ordered the staff didn’t seem he knew this item he had to ask other staff about it. I felt scammed.

I really enjoy booster juice at Telus tower. The juices, smoothies and food are all delicious. I visit often after the gym and before work. The staff member (Gaytri) is very welcoming and kind. She is always working on something, provides a friendly greeting and even remembers my favourite order! I rate the product and service at this location: EXCELLENT. 10/10. A+

Ordered a mango teaser and asked the lady for light ice and she stated it comes with a lot of ice. After taking the ice off, they barely had less than half a cup of drink which tasted just like water. Do no recommend this location. Poor service and poor quality. Not worth the money.
Went in today to get a smoothie. The girl working there was mopping the floor. When I placed my order and she was about make it, she didn’t even bother washing her hands. I tried to ask her politely to wash her hands before she makes my drink and her response was ‘I’m not touching anything’. Then she goes to wash her hands with no soap and gives me attitude. I didn’t want to argue more so I just let it be. But she needs to be trained!!

Always love this place, their POS machine wasn’t working so they shifted to cash only but they called me back as soon as it started working again.Great service and always a healthy choice to consume smoothies.

Worst experience ever! My husband was served by HAILEY at 5:40pm and was told to order quickly because she closes in 5 min. So, 5:45? Ok, not likely. Then he was served something undrinkable, a watered down Pea (not ) Butter smoothie that only filled 3/4 of the cup. Hailey said it was the right amount and rushed him out of the store. If only zero stars were possible! He basically gave Booster Juice 9 dollars for bad service and peanut butter water.
