Second time I had a horrible experience here. Last Saturday I came on a date night with my husband, the hostess made us wait 30min for a table and not even a third of the restaurant was seated. I think there was only one server that night and she was lovely. Today I came for lunch with my daughter, no one at the front, we wait and this guy seat us and said, I’ll be here in 5 min. Well it’s been over 20 min and he’s nowhere to be found. Again not even a third of the restaurant is seated, a lot of folks complaining about the lack of service. Again I think there’s only one server. We left without saying a word because again, he was nowhere to be found, not coming back here. It’s a shame, we like the food but the lack of service has been baaaaaaaad.
The reviews for this location are either very good or very bad, and we unfortunately had the worst service at a Boston Pizza. They sat us in a booth near the kitchen and all we ordered were the Cactus Cut potatoes and a bowl for 2 people. Our server Kush came once the entire time we were there to receive our order. Not once did he come back to check on us, he didn't refill our waters, he had no other tables except for us on a Saturday night. I've retired from the restaurant industry about 5 years ago and boy was I upset at how incompetent Kush was. It was a sad sight to see when all the other staff that night were on their A game. It's not like Kush is new either, he knows the menu, he knows how to take an order, but he's lazy. If I had not yelled for him after 37min of finishing our meals he still would'nt have came. It's a hit or miss here, more of a miss than a hit. I'd take my business down the street, many other restaurants that at least acknowledge you're presence.
