Despite the confirmed reservation, BP didn't seem to have a record of it. Needed to have my confirmation email shown to confirm we had made one. The bartender was also our server which on a Tuesday before a sold out Jays game wasn't a great experience. Poor guy was stretched thin and barely had time to check on us. Between getting his attention and actually getting the bill, it took over 20 minutes to settle our check. Food was a little subpar, with the kettle chips being cold and pasta being a little sloppy. Spinach dip was good, though!

Been here countless times over the years. Came in last Saturday and ordered a large whisky bbq chicken pizza and requested for no bacon and we ended up taking the pizza to go. There was still somehow pork on the pizza which was really disappointing. And if that wasn’t bad enough, with what I had eaten before realizing, I ended up getting sick for two days after. I hadn’t eaten anything else up until that point that day. I called this week to speak to management before writing about the food poisoning as I was not having a good time but no one came to the phone.

I haven’t been to Boston Pizza in over 15 years due to bad experiences at other locations outside the city, but I’m so glad I gave it another shot. The service from Jashank was absolutely top-notch. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. What really impressed me was how he memorized all of our orders without writing anything down, and got everything perfect! The food was also delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. Thanks to Jashank, I would definitely go back and would highly recommend this location to others. Outstanding experience all around!

Excellent warm welcome on arrival. Loads of different options for food orders. Food was very tasty, even the small portions were very big, especially for a Brit. Excellent service. Very loud music and noisy.

The reservation part went nice and smooth. Our table was ready for us when we got there 5-10 minutes early. The service was a bit slow but not horrible. For example we ordered our drinks and food at the same time, because the server was stuck at another table so we had time to decide. Our drinks took a long time to get to us, but the food followed almost immediately. We ordered a second round of drinks which also took awhile. The food its self was quite good with normal Boston Pizza standards. We had nachos, chicken bites with cactus chips and the honey dill chicken sandwich with Caesar salad. I'm pleased to say everything came out as ordered and hot. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would consider returning again.
