The service we received was truly unacceptable. The waiter was incredibly rude, rushing us out of the restaurant when we have not even finished our food. The restaurant was empty which should have been that there was no rush for them to get us to leave early. We planned on ordering more but was discouraged by the rudeness of the waiter and his actions like, standing around the table staring at us as well as circling our table and giving us dirty looks. This dinner was a special dinner to celebrate my Birthday and I chose to come to Boston Pizza for the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere however tonight I would think twice of coming back for any special occasion. This is sad to say because I usually choose Boston Pizza as my place to come when my favorite teams are playing and tonight was a truly disappointing visit.

Traveled from the US and ended up here - because they were open. Quickly met Jashank, the Swiss army knife of CX. This is an exceptional "chain" restaurant with staff that give a care and happy, it shows. It's genuine.
