It's a Boston pizza, like all the others. Seems to follow their format which is what we like - a reliable experience from a chain.We had the unfortunate luck to visit while the elevator was broken to the building but I doubt that's the restaurant's fault. It was slow at dinner time which I assume was because nobody wanted to walk up to the third floor.Rexal is on the second floor but I assume must be closed because it can't be accessed from the stairwell. No elevator, no access.As for the BP's, not a bad place to eat. Stop by if you can

Absolutely horrendous service, pretty dirty overall. Some of the food was decent, other dishes were just terrible. Probably one of the worst Boston pizza experiences I’ve had, usually they’re pretty consistent.

Unfortunately the service was super slow - a half hour after seated, still hadn’t gotten to make our orders. Restaurant was full of uncleared tables for the whole of our stay even though we were one of three groups of customers! Food was mediocre, desserts came out melted. Overpriced for what it was and it took forever to get in and out! Not sure if there were staffing issues, but biggest disappointment was the food and vibe

Standard BP fare, but what makes this place stand out is the setting. The main dining area has a massive screen behind the bar for games, and the rooftop bar is, surprisingly, one of the best in the core. A great place to catch rays on a sunny dayWheelchair accessibility: The elevator is quite slow, and was broken the day I was there.

I always assumed all BP’s were basically the same but this location proved me wrong. Poor service, dirty bathroom, and somehow even the food was significantly worse than at other locations.Service took the cake though, seemed like they forgot about us as soon as we sat down, had to track them down a new person each time to order food or get more drinks.

My friend and I went for after work drinks, and were served by a lovely tall man named Brandon. My friend thought he was cute because he was so funny and nice to us, as well he had nice hair.First: the drinks he made were his own creation - and was a true artistic vision.Second: the food we got from the kitchen was delicious, the host Rheanna dropped out food off and was so sweet to us, wishing use a great experienceThird: the food.. no words.. above an beyond. They went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs, creating the most flavourful pasta ever.Forth: the management, the man with the pony tail - Gabe I believe. Was so nice to us, and made sure everything was in order to have an enjoyable experience!10/10.. highly recommendBP FOREVER<3
While the sky lounge has potential, the biggest screen, comprised of 4 screens, has some burn in, color disparity and damage, which i found quite annoying and distracting while watching the game.The food was ok/good & came rather fast and our server was friendly. However, it took 15 to 20 minutes to get plates for appetizers (they ran out of clean plates while the place was half full) and refills for pop and water also took at least 15 mins. A few fixes and more staff could make this place much more enjoyable.

Our server Nicole was such a treat, she is the definition of quality service. She was friendly, accommodating and had amazing earrings.The drinks she made for us were delicious and with the help of other bartenders, servers and the entire team at Boston Pizza we were treated to the perfect night out.I would recommend this location to anyone and plan to return again soon.

We had Nicole G. as our server on April 19 before seeing a play and she went above and beyond helping us be able to go to the show and thoroughly looking into food options for me considering I have a strict food issues. She even checked the ingredients of the sauces used and as someone with food issues I cannot tell you how remarkable and caring that was. Thank you Nicole for not just treating us as another number but as real people. Amazing service. Additionally, our greeter was lovely and Gabriel helped us at the end of the trip too and we were beyond thankful as the staff seemed really great overall which is hard to find post-pandemic. Thanks BP team. Gold stars all around.
