Sometimes a donut in the window makes eye contact with me and I have to stop.

Other times I sit down and have a fantastic meal. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been kind and considerate. If I have to take someone to a spot in the neighborhood, this would be the first pick.

Perhaps one of the most consistent restaurants in the city. They use their wood burning oven to perfection serving up amazing bread, great pizzas with incredible monday deals, Sunday night Roast Beef with perhaps the best roasted vegies in the city and a gravy to die for. This is a spot.

Have eaten here many times over the past 3-4 years. The food and variety hit well on par. Pizza, burgers, salads all very well done and good value. Very good cocktails and a decent beer selection. The take out baked goods offering is a nice touch. The food runners are always personable and make you feel welcome.
However, three experiences since the beginning of 2025 have us asking will we go (or ever) return due to a very unwelcoming arrival, (this time with a child)....
