Please do not eat from this place if you care about your health, the bang bang chicken was tasty but litterally made me throw up 3 times, and have a stomachache, their food is just not worth it.

Some staff should be trained on costumer service. You cannot rush someone and proceed to give wrong items, and not listen to costumers. Will not be back to this location.

This has been one of my favourite places to go for your end of day deals (especially on the weekend) and always had great service for years but today was not great.

Two of the staff at the counter were constantly just talking and not even noticing myself and the other 3-4 people waiting. Cashier was nice but didn't show me my container to confirm what I had picked (they usually do that) and I was in a rush so I couldn't check myself before I left. I didn't realize until I got home, opened it and it was the wrong one. It's too late to call to let them know and honestly, no point to do so since I don't have the receipt and I'm not going to eat from here again tomorrow too.

Luckily I like everything in this (wrong) container but one item... it's not bad but I wouldn't get it myself 🤷🏻‍♀️

I tried “monthly special” : bang bang chicken+one veggie + noodle+pop $14 incl tax. The container is smaller than we expected, so I should ask extra vegetables. I was rushed by staff, so it was hard to do it:(

I dont understand the hate. The food was great and the atmosphere is soooo nice . The ladies are trying to do the best they can to sell the food at the end of the day. I was amazed by the quality and the taste . It’s really tasty and to avoid the food going to waste they sell it for a more affordable price for people can actually bring home and save for their next day lunch . The portion was huge . 2 for 15$ was a steal in this economy . I have so much chicken in this picture and I already hate a few bites before taking it . I highly recommended

Not sure why low reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. I was craving bourbon chicken and it hit the spot, super friendly service, appreciated the free sample. Would definitely eat here again, lots of food!

It looks like I paid to be poisoned! I've been sick for the past couple of days and had to take off of work today. It began with a 102F fever along with an achy body and an unhappy stomach hours after consuming the food from Bourbon Street Grill at the Eaton Centre. Cause and effect - I'll spare you the gory details of the experience thus far. I had combo #2 with yellow rice, broccoli, plantain, and the honey glazed chicken. The honey glazed chicken was light on the chicken and heavy on the fried batter - most of the pieces I received had little to no chicken hidden in them. Now I know why the servings were overly generous as they peddled their contaminated food. Lesson learned! Spare yourself the agony - go home and cook your own food so you know how the food has been handled and what's in it. Signed, "Still Sick."

I bought combo 1 I’ve never gotten salad as my veggie before , somehow today I decided to , after eating half of it I found a lady bug in my salad ,
Management was not surprised at all , is like if it happened before.
I don’t think they washed their greens .

She asked if I wanted another portion I said no .

Never eat from here again

I've coming her for many many years. It's my go to spot in the Eaton centre food court. I usually opt for the two meats and one veggie, combo #3. Yes the price has gone up steadily over the years but the quality is still great. I've only had one time where there portions were low. The last few times I've gone they are generous with the meat. I go with the mango salad instead of rice or noodles. I like the Louisiana and honey glazed chicken which are breaded. The bourbon chicken is great too if you prefer something more grilled style and I love that sauce. I recommend coming at the end of the day if you want to save a few dollars and don't mind preselected combos.

The food was pretty basic...got the honey chicken, fried tempura prawns... They tasted decent and the quantity was fine... The preparation material was okayish... I wouldn't recommend this place if you are not super hungry... The rice was a little undercooked with nice flavours to it...

Overpriced. Got Louisiana chicken and spicy chicken (both not hot) + a veg and rice (I got another veg sub for rice) for $16. Portion sizes aren't worth it - better luck at Ruby Thai in the same food court.

Thanks For All The Fish

I do not know why a Cesar Salad has enough dressing on it that you needed a straw to drink it up? Perhaps staff needs to try eating what they give us and see if they too do not feel like they are eating a liquid for lunch. Gross!!
