Always used to go here because food was good. I got to go today and was disappointed about food portioning. Why does my fried rice only have 2-3 green peas and 2 carrotsđ I might as well order regular rice. Even the bang bang chicken was literally only 4 pcsđ
Just recovered from food poisoning after eating from this place on the weekend. Ordered the bang bang chicken, Louisiana chicken, plantain, and rice. It completely obliterated my intestines and I no longer feel hunger bc of what the food poisoning put me through. Donât eat here if you value your dignity!

Ordered food and found an EARTH WORM in my vegetables⌠stay away this place is a public health hazard. Not safe to eat here.
Garbage service. There is a reason why these guys are not busy compared to the other establishments in the food court. I stood in front waiting to order for a good minute before I walked away. 4 workers with their backs turned, one of which made eye contact and didnât care to acknowledge me or the other 2 people behind me. I took my business elsewhere. Spend your money on a place that deserves it!

5 âď¸the best bourbon street grill location out there! Food is always fresh due to the high volume of people, and portions are very large. On top of that service is great. Always get the battered chickens those are my favourite!

I'm not sure why the ratings were low, we came for lunch and found two friendly employees who were knowledgeable about allergies, and who greeted us with a smile. Our food was more than plentifully (we carried leftovers with us) and the flavours were on point. The cafeteria was clean and when we were finished the two employees asked how our meal was and wished us a great day!

I like their fruit selection and the price is not bad. Food quality is not bad, but not great. Itâs fast food. Their fried rice is not as good as some other bourbon grills, but itâs possible.

REWARDS CARD NOT HONOURED - I live across the street from the food court / mall and have been a valuable customer to this location over the past several years. I had a rewards card with them that they stamp each time you get a meal. After 10 stamps, the customer earns a free combo #1 (worth approx $12CAD). I had gotten stamps in the past few months that I chose to eat here. Today, one of the staff said that the card is discontinued and they stopped giving out the rewards last year (referring to December 2024). This was news to me and I challenged this as there was no expiry on the card and I was 1 away from a $12 value reward⌠after arguing with the staff, she offered 5% off , I didnât want to accept. She was rude and wouldnât honour the rewards card and didnât give me a reasonable offer. The atmosphere was rushed and the air is smoky down there and I ended up taking a $2 value discount just to stop arguing and get out of that scenario. Because of the terrible experience today, I would rather go somewhere else going forward despite me liking the food here. That was extremely frustrating and it was handled very poorly by the staff at this location. It means you donât value your customers and it comes off as cheap when you have rewards systems that you donât honour. There is also Inconsistent staff execution as your store continued to stamp my card over the past few months even though we are well into 2025.

Hereâs the situation â I saw the poster for Bang Bang Chicken and it looked great, so I walked up to the counter and asked a simple question: âIs this chicken cooked in lard?â The staff member had no idea what lard was, and when I explained itâs animal fat, she just replied, âItâs chicken and itâs cooked,â with visible annoyance.
There was no crowd â I was the only person in line â yet the attitude I got was cold, rude, and dismissive. No effort to help or even pretend to care. The women working there seemed irritated by the idea of basic customer interaction. Definitely not going back. Terrible service.
