I'm not sure why the ratings were low, we came for lunch and found two friendly employees who were knowledgeable about allergies, and who greeted us with a smile. Our food was more than plentifully (we carried leftovers with us) and the flavours were on point. The cafeteria was clean and when we were finished the two employees asked how our meal was and wished us a great day!

I like their fruit selection and the price is not bad. Food quality is not bad, but not great. It’s fast food. Their fried rice is not as good as some other bourbon grills, but it’s possible.

This has been one of my favourite places to go for your end of day deals (especially on the weekend) and always had great service for years but today was not great.

Two of the staff at the counter were constantly just talking and not even noticing myself and the other 3-4 people waiting. Cashier was nice but didn't show me my container to confirm what I had picked (they usually do that) and I was in a rush so I couldn't check myself before I left....
