Really enjoyed this place! The croissants were great and the coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is nice too with plenty of seating - I’m always in this cafe to do work!

Nice environment and good location
They charge HST on coffee beans when they shouldn't. So be careful when you buy coffee beans

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Went with my boyfriend to get a coconut latte and mellow fellow, both of which were absolutely disgusting. we couldn’t even finish them and just had to throw them away, that’s how bad it was. for one, the prices was outrageous for just a latte with an alternative milk. i understand that this is not a tim hortons, but i was just not impressed. they’re supporting artists and have high rent for its location but wow, the prices for everything offered here are just simply insane. it genuinely didn’t feel like anything on the menu or the brand was worth buying. two, at least post the drink options / menu at the front of the store so people could decide what they would like to order before talking to the cashier. the only menu for the drinks was found at the front of the cashier… like what? three, the milk for both of these drinks had an off taste - almost like it was sour tasting, especially the mellow fellow. the coffee itself wasn’t good either. i typically just finish my drinks even if it tastes bad but both of these drinks had an aftertaste of something spoiled. also, it looked like the milk was separating… gross. fourth, at least have a sign where the line starts. it wasn’t obvious to us nor the other patrons, causing a tight fit in the line because there’s no indicators of where to go. overall, mediocre coffee that’s overpriced and made both of us feel sick. it’s great to know that they support local arts and all but really disappointed in what they serve as drinks. won’t be returning again.

worst coffee ive ever tasted, odd after taste that tastes like something died in the coffee maker 4 months ago and nobody noticed

I tried the vanilla matcha latte during my trip to Toronto, and it’s by far the best matcha I’ve ever had in my life! I’m so sad we don’t have Brandor in Quebec. What syrup do you use? What soy milk do you use? Matcha lover here — desperately seeking answers! 💚😅

I simply wanted a latte macchiato but they kept saying they don't do Starbucks coffee. I tried explaining that a latte macchiato is just a latte but with the espresso shots poured on top of the milk instead. They still kept saying they don't do that. It's literally reversing the steps of a latte. Very frustrating for something that could've been so simple. Pour the shots after instead of before. Train your staff so they can know the basics of different types of coffee beverages.

Went to try their matcha latte after seeing all the good reviews and was very disappointed. It tasted water down and terrible. The milk was oddly separated as well and it was quite clumpy. I had high expectations but was unfortunately let down.

Beautiful coffee shop, with even better espresso and kind staff! Lots of seats for a good study or work session, highly recommend!

I came across Brandor coffee totally by accident while wandering around around the area of University and King on a too hot September day.

The outside of the café is modest in design and could be easily missed if you are just walking by on the street. However, once oindide you are treated to a beautifully minimalist and exquisitely curated space which immediately gives a sense of calm in a very busy part of the city.

On this day, I ordered my usual Cortado and my drink was prepared by the barista with incredible care and patience. I was glad to see that the quality of the coffee in this café does not suffer despite the number of other items , other than food and beverages, on sale in this café.

I certainly would return to this café to try some of their other drinks and pastries on offer. It is a great coffee experience combined with other items of a highly curated aesthetic appeal.
