Great bowls at an amazing price. I was impressed about the amount of food and all the options. I loved the chicken and look forward to coming back to try the cerviche.

It really wasn't very good

Always fresh and tasty.

Ordered the avocado chicken crunch with extra or double chicken and the portions were miserable. It felt like it was just a regular servicing of chicken. Definitely not coming back. Most of the bowl was filled with greens so you don’t get any protein or avocado which are the only filling sources of the bowl. What a shame. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Hard pass for me.

Another go-to place for lunch when I am working downtown. Quick, healthy, tasty!

I had the pleasure of working with Arvin and Yasmim for an event that I hosted where they supplied a variety of smoothies. They were quick to respond, prompt and above all, provided delicious smoothies for the attendees that were a huge hit. Their hot Brasa chicken bowl is always a treat when I go into their locations and all employees are pleasant and welcoming.

The food was great, Zee ran me through the entire menu. Great customer service! Thank you! 🙂

This Peruvian takeout place is located on the underground PATH, inside First Canadian Place building. And it serves great options for bowls, salads and smoothies. You can also build your own salad/bowl by choosing your protein (chicken, tuna, pork, beef) and greens and carbs.

The staff are friendly and helpful. You can enjoy your food using the tables in the food court area or take it to the office with you.

I got the Chifa Braised Bowl and it tasted like nothing! I was so disappointed. I paid $25 for the bowl pictured here as the single protein portion is so little. There was absolutely no flavour to the beef and the bowl just looked very sad. I expected better taste and value for $25. I would not go back here.

Brasa's food and smoothies are amazing! I frequently order takeout and it always arrives quickly and perfectly packaged, as if it was delivered right from the counter of the store. My favorite dishes are the Brasa Chicken Bowl and the Matcha Picchu Greens, but their entire menu is delicious.

I recently attended a private event and the organizers opted to hire Brasa's catering service. Everyone enjoyed their meals and felt energized to continue with the rest of the agenda.

Brasa is always on the list when people ask me for food recommendations.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I asked about the sugar content of the smoothies and was provided an answer. The staff was able to accommodate my needs regarding the purée content of my smoothie. ?

Vegetarian options: Sweet potato and tofu.

Dietary restrictions: Staff was able to remove purée from my smoothie upon request.
