Ive been to this restaurant a couple of times now, while i was being cashed out. I ordered their brasa chicken and a smoothie . Literally in the middle of my order!! this short man who seemed like the manager starts yelling angrily at the cashier to finish up. What kind of violent and toxic work environment do you have to have in order to think that this is right to do, especially while a customer is talking. i felt so uncomfortable. While i was waiting for my smoothie, i noticed the floor full of dirty food with garbage piling up in a corner, smoothie station was super super dirty and someone was making i assume beef? not sure. right next to the smoothie!! the kitchen wasn’t that visible but everywhere i could see there was some kind of garbage or cooked food on the floor, and i could smell it . I’m completely annoyed that management of this location lets it get to this level, I do have employees of my own and buy them food from here, but never again. Portions were depressing and looked days older, for that quality of service you can find better in the plaza.

Ordered bowls for a meeting and worse food I have tasted. I ordered avocado chicken salad
AVOCADO CHICKEN CRUNCH
Mixed greens, Brasa roasted chicken, avocado blossoms, broccoli, raw carrots, golden beets, toasted Peruvian corn, apple cider + lucuma dressing. They sent a note that not all the ingredients were available-no avacado! No beets, stale crunchy corn and gross chunks of chicken (4 pieces) two little pieces of broccoli and wilted spring salad. Do not go here! Expensive and low quality.

Edit- The customer care was amazing, reached out to me after the previous review! Tried it again! It tasted so good ! Would want to rate 5 stars:)
Would love come back !

Tried the Brasa Chicken for the first time and it was a total miss. The chicken was dry, flavourless, and felt like it had been sitting around. Portion was small, mostly greens with barely any meat. For the price, it just doesn’t deliver — looks great online, but the taste didn’t get the memo. Definitely not eating here again!

Never order from uber eats they will make u wait for about 1 hour..the staff just give priority to the customer who came to order in the restaurant as the uber charge commission they don't value the customer who ordered 30 40 minutes ago on uber eats..

Brasa has been my go-to healthy but tasty lunch spot even if I have to walk a few minutes to get there. I got the hot double chicken bowl today and the chicken were overcooked where the outer parts were dry and tough, usually the chicken is fairly tender. I went during lunch before 12:30pm and they had already ran out of golden beets, along with other toppings, which I was a lil disappointed by. No other spots put golden beets in their bowls which was a nice differentiator for Brasa, and I was definitely sad to see it run out so quickly before the lunch rush ended. The service is always great tho.

Update: Daniel from the Brasa customer experience team has helped make this right, I got a hot brasa bowl again today and the chicken was moist and tender! I went at 12:35 and golden beets were very well stocked. Kudos to Brasa for the excellent customer service.

I tried the Hot Chicken Brasa and really enjoyed all the flavours. The chicken was tasty, and the potatoes are a nice touch. I also got a mango butter smoothie as well as the alfajores which were my favourite. I wish I'd gotten more!

Ordered the avocado chicken crunch with extra or double chicken and the portions were miserable. It felt like it was just a regular servicing of chicken. Definitely not coming back. Most of the bowl was filled with greens so you don’t get any protein or avocado which are the only filling sources of the bowl. What a shame. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Hard pass for me.

Another go-to place for lunch when I am working downtown. Quick, healthy, tasty!

I had the pleasure of working with Arvin and Yasmim for an event that I hosted where they supplied a variety of smoothies. They were quick to respond, prompt and above all, provided delicious smoothies for the attendees that were a huge hit. Their hot Brasa chicken bowl is always a treat when I go into their locations and all employees are pleasant and welcoming.
