4 guests. 2 orders were delish the burger and the chicken burger. The fish and chips went back and the beef dip was like the beef came outta one of those bags that you boil The waitress Tammy was amazing !
Hours said open until 2am. Got there at 9:15 and kitchen had closed and was informed place would be closing at 10. We'd spent money on an Uber from downtown etc., and then of course back. Not impressed.
We had a fab birthday lunch for our son. Tammy took great care of us, friendly and efficient. The food was really good. We will be back.
Great pub, short walking distance to Coca Cola Colosseum & BMO Field. The food was very good & service was wonderful. It was a busy night just two days before Christmas and regretfully, we had to deal with a group of loud, intoxicated gentlemen sitting at the next table but we realised that was not the restaurant's fault and we will absolutely return to the pub again.
Went with my coworker for a Christmas dinner and it was a lovely evening. Our server was great and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the espresso martini and fish and chips! Will definitely go back
Service was stand out from the moment we walked in and the food was delish. We were both pleased with our burgers that surpassed our pub food expectations. The vibe was perfect and I'm glad we came here before a concert! Great drink promotions too.
I have been to Brazen Head many times and always enjoy the food, .ambience and service. Unfortunately on this occasion, my food arrived lukewarm and was quite cool by the time I finished. Our server Tammy was very good.
We had a table booked at the pub for brunch, and when we arrived for our 11am table we found out the venue had been booked for a group function. This isn't the first time this has happened, but we didn't even get a call or a heads up about this. They made space for us upstairs- totally different menu with no brunch at all, and no tables that really accommodated our group. The server was great, and the food was fine, but it was more expensive than downstairs and a bit embarrassing to plan a group brunch and then not have any brunch items offered at 11am. Burgers, Fish & Chips, etc weren't exactly what we were after. They also locked off the elevator while we were there, so we had to do through a weird back staircase to leave the restaurant.
We had a party of 10 on a game night so it was busy. Food was a long wait, food arrived and 2 of the plates were cold and 4 people were left without food. Last plates showed up and 2 of 4 people were told they ran out of the dish. We didnt have time to wait so they had to eat leftovers from the other people. Manager comped them for the food which was great but meals would have been better
Went there for Jays Game 6 and was a little disappointed with the poor visibility our seats had to TV's. Our server was good but not super attentive although she had a huge section so not totally her fault.
