The croissant is truly a work of art! Beautiful lamination and flavour.
The cardamom knot was delicious, and so was the challah.

I find myself coming back for a cortado, breakfast sandwich and excellent service every weekend. Brodflour has been consistently 5 stars every visit :)

I got the cardamom knot, babka, sourdough slab and the brod latte (cardamom latte).
The pastries were super good, especially the knot which was screaming with cardamom flavor. The babka was too pretty to not buy and fortunately delivered on taste too.
The cultured slab was just a thick piece of sourdough bread with very good butter - it was great but nothing to rave about.
The latte was not bad - as someone who doesn't love coffee flavour, I always opt for a single shot of espresso in my lattes in hopes of tasting other flavours more. I'm not sure if it's because coffee normally tastes very strong to me but I could barely taste the cardamom in my latte. It was a very well made coffee drink but it was too subtle for me.
I would definitely still come back though!

Great little spot with fantastic sourdough pastries—always fresh and full of flavor. The specialty coffee is just as good, brewed to perfection. Ideal for a relaxing coffee break with a treat!

I ordered the cucumber & labneh sandwich, the smoked salmon sandwich, and a cardamom knot. Everything was delish and the bread was excellent. My only note is the cucumber sandwich (the only vegetarian sandwich) would be excellent with a few added ingredients. Right now it really is just cucumber and labneh. Service was friendly and fast and the space is cute

Friendly staff who always take the time to explain the menu or give suggestions. It can be a little pricey (eg. $15 for a sandwich) but I haven’t had anything on the menu I didn’t love. The smoked salmon sandwich is phenomenal. The cardamom knots are uniquely tasty. But if you enjoy lattes, do yourself a favour and try the brod latte; holy crap that was amazing.

Hard not to love! This place should have more locations around Toronto and beyond — unique vibe, aesthetic, and amazing take on food that is far away from boring.

The coffee and pastries here are delicious, and worth the price. I would also like to say that the service is excellent. The workers are always very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I forgot to get a receipt for a work coffee run once, and one of the employees was kind enough to find the transaction in the computer history and print a new copy off for me.

I love bakeries & this number one for croissants on Toronto. They mill the flour in house, all is visible.

Hands down best coffee in town.
Their classic pan loaf is the only bread I can have for breakfast now, it’s amazing ✨💫✨
Pastry is also great, I really can’t get enough of their cinnamon knots 🤩

The lamination on those croissants, just otherworldly. We ordered one ham and cheese croissant to share and then stood inline to get a few more. Don’t make our mistake.
