Just had to share - my little boy and I had an amazing lunch together while waiting for my husband to finish the waterfront marathon! It was bustling with runners and their families, but the staff did a fantastic job keeping everything organized and cheerful.
I decided to try the original Donkatsu, and wow, it was one of the best I've ever had outside of Japan and Korea! The portions were quite generous, and the flavor was just heavenly. My 4-year-old enjoyed it so much that he gobbled up almost half of my dish!
To top it off, the staff was incredibly sweet to my little guy. If you love Donkatsu and have kids, you absolutely have to check this place out. Highly recommend!

A good experience overall. Meat portions are huge - very filling. The “very hot” curry was a good spice level for me. Salad is okay if you like creamy dressing. My daughter enjoyed the corn and cheese appetizer.
The portions are very filling and delicious! Perfectly crunchy with plenty of sauce. I’ve been to several cutlet places and this one is by far my favourite! I definitely recommend trying this place out :) there are a few locations in Toronto so try it out! :)
