Is this place an actual Kung Fu Tea? Seems a little sketchy. The cups are blank with no branding. The place inside is run down and dirty. My bubble tea cost me $9 which is absurd compared to other locations I pay $7 for the same drink. The tapioca is very good but the drink is watered down. Disappointment for the

Amazing food! Even better service!!Every time I come in, the lovely lady greets me with the biggest smile & always asks how I am doing!!Just recently I happened to leave my wallet there & she DROVE all the way to my house to drop it off to me in person!!If that isn't the best service ever I don't know WHAT is.

50 cent surcharge for debit or credit. No sign and they just tell you once you're about to tap. The place is also in an utter state of disarray I have no idea how they can present themselves like this to the customer. My overpriced mango black ice tea had no flavour other than that of extreme sugar. This place needs to turn itself completely around or shut down and make room for something else to better serve this neighbourhood. First and last time going there.

Ordered drink at this location the first time. when it was delivered, I was shocked. except the plastic bag was Kung Fu, the other is totally different. Kung Fu is my favorite milk tea shop, but this shop has let me down so much! The cup is not kung fu, not to mention the drink, it smells of creamy essence, which is extremely unpalatable...

Great customer service and attention to detail.

My partner and I ordered general tao chicken to go and grabbed bubble tea knowing we had a long walk home. The man packaging the food clearly took note and separated the meat from the sauce to keep it from getting soggy, this was very appreciated and made the meal so much more enjoyable. Definitely worth stopping by!

We was disappointed! I ordered 5 drinks and nothing was exactly what we expected. We always drink kung fu bubble tea, milk tea, slush and it was good in the other location. This location at Bloor and Runnymede is gross. FAKE kung fu tea! Don’t go in this location at Bloor and Runnymede. DON’T even try to go or you’ll regret.

Not the best or my favourite spot but it hits the spot when I want some bubble tea! Staff are kind and helpful and mostly knowledgeable.
