This place is a disaster!!! I don't usually review places but after my experience. I feel that I have to.
20 mins to place an order, people working there are all over the place confused. 5 begal of one kind on the shelf. I don't understand u have a line of people but are scared to make begals.
All I wanted was a begal with cream cheese finally I get it then I hsve to wait another 10 mins to pay while they take orders over the phone.
I got so upset I left... and I will never go back.
I ordered two different bagels and asked them to make me a lox sandwich and a cream cheese and avocado sandwich and both of them were delicious.

Great bagels. Lots of choices of bagels and cream cheese spreads. Expensive, paid $50+ for dozen of bagels and couple of cream cheese spreads..

You really shouldn’t be passing off those “bialys” as actual bialys.Actual bialys are much different than what you’re offering and you’re tainting people’s impression of what a true bialy actually is. Unfortunately, no one in Toronto makes one, so there’s no local comparison. Yours are just glorified giant and doughy bagels with a bit of poppy and onion. That is no bialy.If you want a real Bialy, you’ll need to go to the USA (sadly). There are some great spots in Manhattan. And others here and there. Frankly, a good bialy is hard to find. And, you will not find one in Toronto.

I tried the smoked salmon bagel and it was well made.3 stars for service. The server could use lessons on etiquette. Please and Thank You are important words in the English language and the shop could gain from the server learning to use the words.
