Bunner's sits nestled in the eclectic Kensington Market Neighborhood (a must-see). I only had the Nanaimo Bar, but I was a little underwhelmed. The middle layer was creamy, and the chocolate top had a nice firm texture, but the bottom layer fell apart. I understand that gluten-free tends to be drier and less cohesive, but the bar was difficult to eat because almost none of it held together. With all this said, I would try Bunner's again to explore their many other options.

Bunner's Bake Shop in Kensington Market is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegan and gluten-free baked goods. They offer a wide variety of treats, from cakes and cookies to bars and other desserts.

I was particularly keen to try their pies, but unfortunately, they were sold out by the time we arrived. This speaks to their popularity, so I'd recommend arriving early for the best selection.
