Great little location, food is consistent but in saying that, the burger meat does not appear to be freshly cooked ... often served at room temperature or less. I would also recommend to management that more care is used when assembling the burgers as often my tomatoes are hanging off to one side in a mess. Fries are good and service is pretty decent. Been to this location several times and will continue to visit.

Yes, I am giving this BK 5 starsWhy? Because it's the only fast burger joint around this area now. Harvey's and McDs are gone from the PATH. Burger was good; lots of salad on it. Under $8!

This location can get pretty busy especially on Whopper Wednesdays but the line moves at a reasonable pace to order at the kiosk. Waiting for the food to arrive does take a bit longer though. Also I find the burgers don't really have that charbroiled taste like the regular BK restaurants. It still tastes good just not as good. The staff are friendly and are quick to do their jobs. I've never had a problem with my order.

I just got a whopper combo from there on Friday and the whoppersmelled like garabge it was so bad I will never go there again, the quality was so bad, someone there is not doing things
New kiosk machines to take your order that were setup recently.Appears their level of execution on orders has also improved. (Or maybe it's cause I take my lunch break at 1PM and the lunch rush is dying down)BK has some great deals, great value and just enough to get you through the afternoon without breaking the bank (fast food is fast food, just make sure you exercise after lol)

Terrible. Honestly; take the extra minute to walk across the street to McDonalds, I didn’t even get the chance to order.Saw the Ordering Kiosk Screens but decided to go to the cashier since someone was paying card at the front. Waited behind that person to order. My turn came, I was asked how I was paying, I answered Debit. The cashier then said “oh you can use the kiosk” and WALKED AWAY.The customer that just ordered saw this and literally said “is there a reason you’re not taking her order??” And the cashier answered “well we’re only suppose to use this for cash customers”…. Mind you, I was the only one there WITH the customer that just paid on card…. No thanks Burger King, excited to see what restaurant takes your place since your customer service will clearly be a part of your downfall.Will not be ordering from here in the future and 100% telling my entire floor about this.
