I ordered one Whopper and waited almost 20 minutes, even though there were only two people in front of me and they had ordered just one or two small burgers each. Fast food is supposed to be fast — but not here.
When I finally got my Whopper, the edges of the patty were completely black all the way around. I took one bite and immediately realized I couldn’t eat it. The smell and taste of burnt meat were terrible. It literally tasted like eating charcoal.
I went to the manager and asked for a replacement. Her indifferent attitude, along with the comment, “That’s our grill — and even if we make a new one, it will be the same,” left me speechless. She showed no real interest in helping me as a customer and simply accepted the complaint without trying to resolve the issue.
I generally don’t like to complain, but paying $10 for a completely burnt patty is unacceptable.
I’ve ordered this burger many times at other Burger King locations and it has always been great — juicy and fresh. But here, it seems like no one cares about quality.

Friendly staff. Typical Burger King food. However, terrible coffee lids. When the lid is wet from the coffee on the inside rim, they pop out at the slightly squeeze of the cup and spilling hot coffee all over.
