They just ignore you, forget you even asked a question, and then start working on stuff in the back without ever giving you an answer.
Then when you ask again your yes or no question do they apologize for forgetting you and answer your question? Oh no, not these Burger King employees.
Instead they ask you if YOU figured out the answer to your yes or no question and blame YOU for not answering your question.
In short, they don’t want your money
My suggestion, don’t give any to them

Former 24hr bk, now midnight close. UofT hangout joint for students and homeless, as there is dixon hall men’s shelter across street. But nice China town area lots of yuppies. Little Italy block west, Kensington market block south, Univ. ofTor St. George campus busy area. T+T Taiwan supermarket one st west of there. More upscale, very convenient and livable.

I’m a regular customer at Burger King, and I’m always happy with their service. The staff are friendly and quick, making sure orders are ready fast. The Whopper sandwich is my favourite always fresh and delicious. I also want to mention Shahana, one of the employees, who is especially kind and great with customers. Overall, Burger King always gives me a good experience.
Ordered on DoorDash, gave my food to the wrong dasher, refused to remake. Absolutely sucks. Their mistake and didn’t even TRY to rectify it.

10/10 service this evening, i appreciate this restaurant for trying! They haven't always gotten my order right and it happens, but mistakes happen as long as a company takes responsibility to make the customer happy at the end of the day that's all that matters. Would you rather save your 50¢ margin or would you rather save your customers. Tonight it felt like it was customers first. And for that I have so much respect for the employees working and Burger King for allowing guest to leave happy, especially in this economy people are selective where they spend money But after tonight as long as customer service stays on top I see this location really changing for the good!

I ordered a delivery from this location last night trough the app and it changed me 44CAN twice for two order even though I only ordered for one. The shocking news that the delivery never came and I reported through the app and I didn’t got my money back.

They’ve never once gotten my order right. I order on uber eats when there is a good deal and so I can’t just bring it back. This has happened so much it makes me question if the staff even read notes left on orders. Burger King you need to pay your staff more so they can be more motivated.
