I placed my order at the kiosk because they don't provide customer service while placing your order. 13 minutes later I asked where the mozzarella sticks I ordered were and they had no idea I was even waiting. It took 25 minutes to get my order, and the food was not fresh. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were fried in old oil that hadn't been changed recently, and were not enjoyable like they are at the burger king in my town. I would not visit this location again. Absolutely horrible. There were 20 people waiting at the counter for orders, most were delivery drivers and they all took priority over customers in the restaurant who had come in to place orders in person and eat there.

Vegetarian options: There's an impossible whopper, very tasty plant based patty
It was a terrible experience, I needed to use the washroom after i ordered my food , they didn’t open the door and also the ladies washroom is locked all the time, my food was cold after I found a place to wash my hands.

Went there on a whopper day. The card reader wouldn't scan my card so I asked if she could cash me at a different terminal. She spoke to me like I was working there, a loud no, I had to use my other card. Overall, everything else was fine, I did confirm my card was working properly by buying something elsewhere.
