Staff is helpful and charming. Food was okay, maybe it was bad luck my burgers weren't great this time around. The original chicken sandwich I got was burnt. The location is kind of dirty, but this is probably most likely because it's at Dundas Square(Sankofa Square).

It feels like this location has given up. Everything looks/feels dirty and gross from the tables, floor, counter to doors and windows. There's even a gross smell lingering in the air. The kiosks are dirty and dont work well. Everyone in there was also on high alert as the homeless man with half a cheek out kept pacing by the door and back and forth to the drink machine mumbling to himself. The counter staff was nice and im sure they are doing what they can, but I would not recommend stepping foot in this place, especially if your with children.

It's a great location I've been there many many times overall it's a great place to get some burgers fries and a nice cold drink at self-service on the drinks and my favorite is the Coke zero and the I think they have the Dr pepper.. I really like the fact that you can custom your burger the way you like it and you could even add mustard which I didn't know until I loaded up the app so the app is quite helpful.

I’m a big fan of the Burger King Hershey pies it’s the main reason I often choose Burger King over other fast food chains. However everytime I order Burger King through an online medium I have NEVER once received my pie! It’s like they purposely never add it! Today I ordered two through uber eats because I was really craving them and they didn’t even give me them!!!!! I tried calling the location multiple times but they just never pick up! I am so angry and upset with the customer service! The workers can never seem to get the orders correct! Burger King do better!

Why is every Burger King hard to get to?
This Burger King is no different. It’s at the Eaton Center mall. But you have to leave the mall and cross Yonge street to get to it.
This Burger King is also kind of old. The furniture needs a facelift and there are usually homeless people inside. But the food is great and the service is great.

The food is the same as every other Burger King. The problem with this location is that there are always people passed out or strung out there.
I went there just to get a cup of ice but the guy on the front charged me 6$ for 2 cups of ice which was senseless. Idk who charges $6 for just a paper cup.

In the middle of a couple blocks of stores and chaos, we found in BK the most fresh and crisp fries ever, place was clean. Decent prices compared to prices in the area.

Worst customer service. I ordered from DoorDash, got the wrong order, so the dasher returned the wrong order to BK. I waited for 2 hours, but never got my food. Called the store and a very rude lady told me to call at another time because she couldn’t help me. I canceled the order on the app, ordered from McDonald’s and got everything right under 15 minutes.

When I visited this Burger King, there was a man cutting his nails and throwing them on the floor while eating his burger, in front of everybody. This is not normal. This is not the experience a customer wants. The place was also full of waste, urgently needing to be cleaned. I love Burger King, but this franchise cannot provide a good experience for customers. Because of the scenes I experienced, I decided not to eat here that day.
