I had a Melt Burger and a hot chocolate today, and the drink was really disappointing. It tasted like plain hot water with just a hint of chocolate smell—no milk, no real chocolate flavour at all. If I wanted hot water, I would’ve ordered a bottle of it. I really hope this isn’t the standard for BK.

These guys Ashish and Devender are the best! I came in at night, and they took my order with a big smile. The food was absolutely delicious, and they even threw in some extra ketchup! The order was quick, fresh, and so good. We were having a party tonight, eating the jalapeños, and couldn’t stop talking about how great these guys are. That’s why I had to drop this review you two are amazing!

I visited this Burger King hoping for a nice meal, but the experience was far from it. The store manager, Gowri, was unprofessional and didn’t seem to understand even basic English communication or accent. My burger was missing items — there was almost nothing on it, not even cheese. When I tried to explain, she handled the situation rudely instead of nicely. The food quality and service were both disappointing. I hope Burger King takes this seriously and improves staff communication and food preparation.

Firstly, the drive through order machine on the left side has a speaker that barely works, I had no idea what the employee was saying, even with my head tilted out of my window to hear better. Second, there was a sketchy kid hanging out at the drive through window which had me rolling up my window in fear that he was gonna snatch my card or take my food. But he left before I got to the window thank goodness, and he left because they gave him food out of the drive through window when it was mid day and the restaurant was fully open and taking orders inside. Third, I had asked for an iced coffee which the lady at the window asked if I wanted cream and sugar which I thought was strange cause usually with an iced coffee it comes already with it inside, but I told her what I'd like. Then a moment later she hands me a hot coffee, so I told her I asked for an iced one which she said they don't serve. The Burger king in my neighborhood has iced coffees so that's why I ordered it, and instead of saying they don't serve it iced, they wanted those extra dollars and gave me a hot coffee. It was an all around bad experience.
