I don’t know who’s the one who made my recent impossible burgers but on the both orders, I was missing ingredients I asked and paid for, the patties were BURNED so badly that I had to throw half of them away. There was no ketchup for the fries either. This was my last time ordering from here.

I ordered the Kooky Chocolate shake. It's pretty good. A lil thick but not bad. I also ordered the churro sticks with chocolate dipping. They cook it fresh so It's pretty crispy and soft matches well with the chocolate dip. I lastly ordered the Wednesday Whopper. Love the creepy purple bun. Very Halloween ?
Staff are very friendly and made sure my orders are in order. Took about 5mins when I received my order. Would recommend family and friends to come! Tryy the churros!!!! It's sooo gooodd!!! ?

terrible customer service. i dined in on a Tuesday evening. i was the only customer there. I stood at the front counter for what seemed like a long time, trying to get the attention of any of the 3 or 4 employees who were working, but they were at the back. after i placed my order, it took additional time, and i when i went to the counter to inquire the status of my order, they checked my order ticket and started making it.
this is not right. customers shouldn’t have to remind employees to start making their orders. we have places to be.
inside of the building was dirty and strewn with litter and garbage in the tables and floor.

My friend and visited this location this past Friday for lunch. It was very quiet, less then 6 diners at the time. It took awhile to get our food and it was cold. I don't understand this. The mozza sticks were hard, the cheese was not melted. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. You can send out all the coupons you want to but if the food isn't good what's the point ?
