Amazing burrito place! Mansi and Bhupinder uncle were so patient and kind — even though they were about to close, they still made my order perfectly and let me dine in. Great service and great food!

Moved to the neighbourhood about 1.5 years ago - when I started visiting Burrito Bandidos it was fresh and flavourful, however the past few months have been very disappointing. Vegetables are less fresh, guacamole was dark green (and not just on the outside layer), and sauces were less flavourful. Their burrito sauce tastes more and more like just sour cream. I will need to find a new take-out burrito place in the area.

I’ve been in Toronto for a long time, and Burrito Bandidos used to be one of my favorite spots. But lately, the quality and taste just aren’t the same. I really hope they go back to what they were doing years ago — that original flavor was what made them special.

Visited this place for a quick dinner before a show at History. The 2 employees working did not have even one ounce of care for their jobs. Neither knew what they were doing. We waited over 30 minutes for a burrito and a bowl. Neither staff member even acknowledged us until about 10 minutes in. They were standing around on their phoned while ignoring customers right in front of them. When they did decide to make food, they made the orders of people who ordered behind us. At one point they started making uber orders that had just come in, and when we asked about our food? We were told to just wait. The food safety standards seemed extremely lax- we witnessed zero handwashing, even though they were going back and forth from the cash to the kitchen to the burrito building station, and using their phones in between. We will not be back. The Annex location of Burrito Banditos is one of my favourite places, I always have great food and service. This was such a disappointment, and also made us late to our concert. What a disgrace. Do not visit this place.

We've been here for 20 minutes. The two guys working are moving SO slowly, mixing up orders that should be printed right in front of them, and serving customers out of order. I aspire to have this level of relaxation to be moving this slowly but this is pretty unacceptable for what should be much faster.
I'm a fan of burrito Bandidos from their annex location but this is awful. They only started making mine when I spoke up when they started making an online order that came in as I typed this.

I arrived tonight a bit late, but I ordered the shrimp/chicken option substituted the shrimp with tofu, and i find it's very delicious 😋 would highly recommend it. 5-5☆☆☆☆☆ stars all day long.

Been working in kitchens my whole life I know when oil should be thrown out and not used. Ordered the cheese fries last night... man.. you could really taste how burnt and done their fryer oil is. Just bad decision making in the kitchen. And for 13 dollar cheese fries I was really wondering where the queso that's supposed to be on the fries is.... basically the reason I ordered them. The large burrito was pretty regular sized, but saved them from a 1 star rating.

We are locals in the Beaches community. Ever since the restaurant changed hands the quality and environment has gone to BAD. A Mexican restaurant with outdated menu on the Board. We ordered a Chicken Burito Classic large size. GUACAMOLE $1.00 & Cylantro sauce $1,00 Got the food took it home. The food looked like DOG or Cat food .the Chicken were grounded Chicken .I thought they would be sliced. I don't mind being served by Indians however when you have blarring indian music in a Mexican restaurant that to me and my wife is a negative. I'm quite sure they will.not last long unless they open their eyes and revise their ways. BURRITO BANDIDOS HAS TO SEND MYSSTERY SHOPPERS.
