I have 2 issues: First, they always ask what my.number is and start repeating a previous order. I end up having to wait until they are done so i can tell them im ordering something different...thats frustrating. Secondly, i pay and add a tip only to find out when im leaving that the side sauces arent in my bag and i have to go back and ask for them. If i could take my tip back i would.
The food is ok but the service needs to step up. There are other food options in the area....

It’s amazing how you can tell these people exactly what you want, see exactly what to ordered come up on the screen, watch the little print out of exactly what you want get handed over to the person making your food. AND THEY STILL MAKE IT WRONG. Stop hiring people who can’t read. Tiny portion of chicken, missing the cheese, missing the sour cream AND missing the salsa. Like what’s wrong with you guys???

My go-to spot for a local burrito. Competent service - my (online) order has ALWAYS been received & acknowledged (and billed accurately), upon pick-up my order is correct & ready promptly. Food itself is good (taste/portion) - I believe I get what I pay for. I have patronized this location upon opening and they have proved reliable (unlike Fat Bastard) and I continue to return.

Used to like this location but new management clearly switched up and is scamming everyone. Pathetic portions. Stale veggies. Dry cheese. Wouldn’t even eat if given for free. Disgusting.
Came here twice. Both times the chicken was dry and there was barely any sauce. Pretty disappointing for the price.

I was not impressed with my experience at Burrito Boyz. The service was below average, and the portion size was disappointing. They gave very little veggies, and the protein portion was noticeably less compared to other burrito places. They just used lettuce as fillers. The amount of sauce and extras like guacamole was minimal—barely any at all. On top of that, the shop had no air-conditioning running despite the 40°C weather outside, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Poor management and not worth the price. I won’t be returning
