It was our first time trying a tasting menu and this experience did not disappoint! So delicious and the enthusiasm and pride of the staff as they served and explained each course was beautiful. We did the wine pairing for one of us, which was great and I got a mocktail that was so refreshing. They even gave us a bonus starter course and bonus dessert! Celebrated our 5 year anniversary there and it was perfect.
What an outstanding opportunity to see chefs Daniel Boulud and François-Emmanuel Nicol interact with each other in person and in their creations on the plate at this special event on a Sunday afternoon. It was a celebration of Old World heritage and technique with Eastern Canadian ingredients as interpreted by a new creative in François-Emmanuel Nicol, and the gracious experience of Boulud and the Toronto team. Wine choices were also exquisite and allowed for new experiences...
I invited a group of friends to the Daniel Boulud event with Quebec chef, Francois Emmanuel Nicol. The food was incredible, and it was lovely to have ingredients from the Quebec City area and the east coast. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon. And I was personally c honoured to meet Chef Boulud myself. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon
