I ordered a chai latte & chocolate croissant. Chai latte was just a cup milk as the tea bag cant ‘steam’ in a cold product. Chocolate croissant was amazing. Service is not great, they just stare at you until you order. As a guest of the hotel, very disappointing.

Don’t have restroom, I ordered matcha and the lady created white liquid (((( I didn't even take it back and they didn't return the money or offer to replace it

I recently visited Cafe Locale and spent several hours there. When I needed to use the washroom, the barista directed me to Radisson Blu's reception. While the reception staff kindly provided the WiFi password, I was shocked when the lady at the desk bluntly informed me that they don't have a public washroom! As a paying customer of the cafe in the same space, I found this response rude.

As a local resident who hosts guests in nearby hotels, this experience led me to prefer Delta over Radisson Blu due to its superior amenities and welcoming atmosphere

Attracted by the matcha poster, I decided to give it a try. The portion was great, though the taste was just okay ( not sweet which I like). They open very early in the morning, which is a big plus for all the early birds!

Restaurant was busy as it was prior to to Pink concert. Our server explained that they were busy, but she would do her best to serve us in a timely manner. I appreciated her being upfront, but our drinks and meal came out in a fair amount of time, and she remained attentive throughout our visit. We were able to get to the show in good time.

I had booked a table for 4pm. Our group of 7 showed up 15min early, and were informed we could have a seat but our waitress had not arrived to work yet. We were fine with this as we were early. 4:35 we finally had a waitress come to ask us if we had been seen yet. We informed her no we hadn't even been offered water yet. She looked surprised, and informed us she wasn't supposed to start her shift until 5. Also, informed us at that point there was an 18% gratuity automatically over 6 people. We told her we did not agree with this considering the fact that we hadn't been informed prior to booking, and at that point service was not great. We had a concert to go to at 6pm, and asked if we could just order our drinks, food, and receive the bill at the same time to hurry the process. 5:40 the last 2 people at our table were served their meal which tasting the food it was obvious the plates had been sitting prepared for some time as it was luke warm. All in all the waitress was apologetic, and we fid leave her a decent tip as it didn't seem to be her fault. Very frustrating though considering the restaurant wasn't even full.

We visited Cafe Locale to grab a coffee and a croissant. The servers at the cafe didn’t seem attentive. Even after specifically requesting less ice, I had to point out to the barista to add less ice when I noticed she filled the whole glass with ice. Their almond croissant was absolutely terrible for nearly $10! It seemed like they microwaved it to warm it up. It was soggy and fell apart right when they served it. Avoid this place! Tim Hortons next door is a better experience in comparison!

We visited this cafe in the morning workday and were quite disappointed. The menu had very limited options and practically nothing that we wanted to order. The smoothies we did choose were extremely sweet and made of syrop. Not so drinkable. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Initial experience was not good. We specifically reserved a table in the bar area to watch the Leafs game (with some atmosphere) but they tried to seat us in the dining area at a terrible table. There were “reserved” tables in a better area that they said they couldn't seat us at, yet they didn't hold a reserved table in the bar for our reservation. We ended up having to sit at the bar instead of at a table in the bar area. Once seated, the service was much better and the food was pretty good but it was still not a great place to watch the hockey game - no other fans around. I guess Leaf fans don't come here. We now know to go somewhere else to catch the Leafs with other fans.

I was visiting Toronto for the first time and I found this bar to watch the fight but it was nothing that it promoted. Service was horrible. We felt ignored. The streaming of the fight was poor and lagging at all times. You couldn't hear the sound from the TV. Also the food was very mid. It was just honestly sad and I left while giving so much chances and finished my night elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The matcha latte is so good! The deep tea flavor and the nice aroma with a hint of sweetness was amazing! I hope I can come here again and I want to tell this amazing cafe with others!

Absolutely terrible service; suggest of you ever want to eat to not choose bar side. The menu looked amazing and the food we actually got correct was okay(just not actually hot), the service was horrid. We were seated, then asked for a drink but it all went wrong after that. Would never go back to this one, maybe would try another......but not sure.
