Illegally producing loud noise late at night (after 10pm and sometimes even lasting to 2am).

I'm surprised their rating is as high as 4.3. Based on my experience, the food and service didn’t live up to that at all.

I was visiting a friend who was staying in the hostel across the street. We met at this cafe everyday (3 mornings in a row) each of us bought a coffee and small item. Food was very good.

On the 4th morning I met up like usual with the three of us, except this time I didn’t get a coffee or treat. Each of my friends did and we sat down. Shortly after sitting down I was asked to buy something or leave.

Staff was rude, especially the younger male worker. (Very tired and grumpy). Extremely unwelcoming cafe.

Phenomenal establishment.

My only complaint is about the young lady that served us. She was very rude and seemed busy chatting her friend instead of listening to us.

A laid-back, indie-style café with excellent espresso and a super cosy interior. It’s the kind of spot where people come to read, work or just sit quietly for a while. The backyard patio is also a great place to relax on warmer days.

Not the best customer service experience. In all seriousness you can get a better matcha latte at Tims

I recently visit with my friend Mersham. Nice place for relaxing. No laptop in evening is great touch as well. Pamenar!

the service has never been good in the dozen or so times I’ve been but whatever I grab a decent coffee and I leave. today though the server paused twice while making of my drink, first to clear other peoples dirty dishes, and the second time to pull a tissue out of their pocket and blow their nose… just to place said tissue back in their pocket and continue on.

at no point were hands washed so today I got my coffee with a side of their snot and other peoples germs… nice.

weak service can be forgiven for a bar/coffee shop but hygiene/food safety is kind of important!

iced vanilla latte and chai latte were absolutely amazing. however, asked for less ice and was definitely not given less ice. cup was also filled 4/5 and not all the way. more so, staff was extremely rude and uninviting. so unfortunate they set a bad atmosphere for the gorgeous setting. won't be returning but grateful for the yummy drinks!

Pamenar has long been a favorite of mine, which is why today’s interaction felt so discouraging. I visited today at around 10:30 AM. This one barista’s tone and manner came across as rude, and I felt singled out. I would appreciate more respectful and consistent service. (Note: I am an Asian women, she is also an Asian women and she seemed very nice to other customers, I cannot help but think why..this is very sad.)

Very impolite server. The Asian girl is so entitled and rude. She was very rude from the beginning and even banged the coffee on the counter without saying it is ready or anything. When I asked for her name she very impolitely asked what my name is! She has no sense of customer service and definitely needs to be trained before this biz loses their customers! A little smile and respect to customers always helps!
