Loved the overall vibe of the space and the service was great! Only tip I'd say is to let the customers know what they have run out of from the beginning to lessen any confusion :)

We booked by default since the area has few restaurants. What a great place! Caesar salad with Brussels sprouts in place of romaine was a genius touch at this time of year and made for a really excellent dish with lots of interesting texture. The pizza is some of the best I've had in Toronto, and there is a daily special. Service was excellent, friendly, efficient and unpretentious. The wine list by the glass is limited but they make up for it by offering a house red at $1 per ounce!

I ordered their breakfast sandwich on doordash and waited 1.5 hours for it, specifically because I wanted their “homemade English muffin”. This is not what is advertised. I’ve had their breakfast sandwich in store before and it came on a super fluffy English muffin with a ton of big bacon chunks. This is NOT even close to what I’ve had in store. Not as advertised. Bun is extremely dry. One small piece of bacon unlike what they’ve done before. Not sure if they’re just sending random alternates for delivery or if they changed the recipe. But it is not as advertised on doordash. This is the second time this happened.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all great… until I saw the kitchen and it erased all memory. Rampant healthcode violations in the back: dirty kitchen, cockroaches, unsafe food handling practices (meat sauce left at room temperature for well over 3 hours). Very concerning.

Visited for a celebration dinner in the semi private space. Was a large party, so the service wasn't as best as can be, but the food was great. Was family style, we had the brussel sprouts Ceasar (excellent), vodka sauce pasta (yum), truffle pizza (delish) and the ragu pizza (our fave) followed by the panettone bread pudding (incredible). Nice little neighbourhood restaurant from the Gusto family of restos.

We ordered truffle shuffle pizza which was yummy but the rigatoni we ordered was not worthy. For the price, the taste and quantity was so so.

Had such a great dinner at Zuzu. Was so hard to decide what to eat cause we wanted the whole menu. The food was sooo good!! Highly recommend the dill pizza, the bolo pizza and don't skip on the chopped salad. Drinks and service were amazing as always.

I absolutely LOVED this spot!! Café Zuzu has the best vibes, the interior aesthetics, music, and lighting were such a chill, cozy atmosphere. It was perfect for the girls’ day I went for. The food was AMAZING. I’m always on the hunt for good vodka rigatoni pasta and this place seriously hit the spot. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly crunchy and the pizza was delicious too. I’ll be coming back a million times for sure! 😋🥰
