I came here for brunch and ordered the eggs in purgatory, but unfortunately the poached eggs were overcooked and not runny inside, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve dined here before (with a toddler in tow!) and had an excellent experience. The food and service were both amazing that time, which makes this visit feel like it missed the mark a little. Hoping it was just an off day, because this place has so much potential and I know they can deliver better.

Beautiful spot and friendly service! We had a great time on the patio during an evening event. Just a heads-up—if you’re there past 9pm, you might encounter a neighbor who seems unhappy about the noise and has been known to toss water from her balcony. It didn’t ruin our night, but something to be aware of! Bring an umbrella ☂️

Café Zuzu is one of those spots you instantly vibe with, super cozy, aesthetically on point, and the service? Spot-on. Their house beer hits just right. As for eats, the Spicy Rigatoni is a must, Sea Bream was top-notch, and don’t even get me started on the Gnocchi with Mushrooms chef’s kiss! Definitely swing by, you won't regret it.

We had a reservation for Sunday at 12:30 for 36 guests. This was a very special occasion celebrating our daughter’s wedding the day before. So most people were not from the area and had long drives ahead of them( 4-9 hour drives). Some people were late arriving but everyone there by 1:00. We were not served any food until 2:30. Even when we asked for them to bring something for the little ones who were now starting to cry because the wait was so long they would not bring anything as it was a set menu. The food was very good and portion sizes were fine but they were short staffed. My brother and his family had to leave half way through the meal as their time was up. The owner did not charge for our coffee and teas as an apology for the slow service but that does little for parents of small children who are so upset and hungry. We spent $2,700.00 after such a LONG wait!!!

Went with a friend for the summerlicious deal. My friend wasn’t too fond of the bucatini and the panzanella but we both loved the rigatoni and the brussel caesar. The service was efficient and the staff was kind. Our waiter, Sam, was a stand out :).

Happy hour is priced reasonably with good portions for tasty bites and even pasta. K rates the rigatoni. $5 house wine is $5 house wine. We chose to sit outside bc it’s summer and why not but the inside area would be perfect for a date.

Love that the servers were very respectful of our non-stop chatter and turned around when they saw us not ready to stop talking multiple times. Had a blast!

I booked the semi private room for a close friends event. To start, the semi private room was very nice and simple. There were curtains to separate the room from the main dining room, a tv, and dimmable lights to adjust to your liking. We booked a set menu to share for 8 people and it was the perfect amount if not a big more than we thought. The staff were so kind and attentive. The food was good, and the calamari and the gelato is a must try! The drinks were a little watery for the cocktails and mocktails that we tried though. Overall an amazing experience because of the vibe and staff.

The mimosa was absolutely delightful; it was the perfect start to the meal. However, I found that the tomato flavor in my dish was quite overpowering, unfortunately. I struggled to taste any other flavors present in the food. Despite this, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was very pleasant and inviting. Hopefully, the kitchen can adjust the flavors a bit next time.

I discovered this resto/cafe through social media looking for places which are laptop-friendly with good coffee and food. I went with my husband and sister and we are delighted that we went to this gem! We ordered pasta and coffee and both are good. We had a good 2-hour of chill work while we're here.

I've been going to this place for years. The food was a little better when it was Paint Box though.

We went to this café for my birthday brunch and had a great experience! My husband had the eggs in purgatory, and I went with the rigatoni—both dishes were really flavorful. We shared the pancakes too, and they were massive and absolutely delicious.!The vibe of the place was lovely and the service was great. Definitely a spot we’d return to.
