Food is totally underwhelming for the price. $12 for a plain grilled cheese that tasted like pretty much nothing. Won’t be coming back
Great coffee and drinks but every time I've come here I've experienced some of the most rude service while ordering, just very unfriendly and completely uninterested in answering any questions. I've come here enough times for this to be a reoccurring experience and not a one off thing unfortunately.

We accidentally came across Picnic Café while hiking around the Don Valley Brick Works Park Lookout and it was such a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is super cozy, warm, and nicely decorated with a rustic, nature-inspired style that fits perfectly with the area.
I tried three things:
London Fog
Blueberry Scone
The Picnic Burger
And honestly, all three were amazing, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. The staff were friendly too, and the whole space felt very welcoming.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area for a walk or just want a relaxing spot with great food and drinks.
Extremely slow and disorganized service on Sunday. Food tasted good, coffee is good. But sllllooooowwwww

Everything including food and ambiance is great about this place and for the first time we just had a delay in our order and with 4 kids in our group, it started to be a bit of a headache. Martin was extremely understanding of the situation and made sure we left the cafe as happy customers and we can’t thank him enough. Truly a wonderful spot to relax before or after visiting Brickworks. Thank you Martin!

Was biking through down Bayview, and stopped here for a snack. Food was amazing, as was the service.
This café is such a gem! The atmosphere is cozy whether you sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating. The food is delicious, the cookies are especially tasty, and the coffee is always spot on. What really makes the place stand out is the service — the Colombian girl who works there is so hardworking, kind, and genuinely helpful, she makes every visit a pleasure. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sunny day !

The only cafe within Evergreen Brickworks. It's a self service type of cafe. Good place to hangout. Food and drinks are average.

Disappointed by what this place has become… baristas are poorly trained and create unnecessary backlog of orders (over 20 min wait for a coffee on a regular Saturday). Overall staff is in a bad mood… needs a change of management ASAP…

Do not recommend the seasonal iced tea. Did not taste refreshing or tasty. Expensive for a small portion.
Great cafe especially sweet at off-peak times. Parking available.

Very pricey and small portions. We got one of the bowls to share thinking for $17 we should be able to but the portion was so small. It tasted good but was expensive.
