it’s giving ghettooooo. my friend and I ordered a cake for a friends birthday, costed around $120. we scheduled to pick up the cake but a few days in advance rescheduled. the lady on the phone had no issues with that, even told us that cakes don’t go bad fast, it’ll be no problem, can freeze it.
throughout the week, we contact them about the cake and for dates we’re available to pick it up. finally we’re ready to pick the cake up and I’m told that it was picked up already. My other friend calls them and they said it was thrown out because it’s gone bad. Let’s stick to one story next time, alright?
Them people probably got hungry and ate the cake, can’t lie.
So yeah, no refund, no cake, nothing. When we tried to understand all this they were passive aggressive in the communications because they know they’re in the wrong. They even lied about reaching out to us multiple times before “disposing” of the cake. How are you tossing out an over $100 cake without contacting the buyer that it’s the last day?
Don’t buy from these scammers 😭 💀

Customer service was poor, I asked for a heated up pastry but even after it was heated it was still ice cold.

I joined a cake decorating class here with friends, and it was such a fun experience. The instructor was fantastic. She walked us through each step clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and even gave me a hand when I got stuck on my design. It was a little on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it. We got to choose between passion fruit or vanilla cakes and mix our own colors, which made it extra creative. The time flew by so quickly.
As a bonus, we arrived a bit early and tried some of their food and drinks before class. Everything was delicious, and we loved that we could continue enjoying them while decorating.
I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and fun activity.

My iced matcha had chunks floating in it, a simple sift through a sieve would make the drink enjoyable. Service was nice however.
So disappointed tbh. Ordered a custom cake for an event. Sooo overpriced ($80 after discount for a cake that my friends described as the size of a cupcake lol). They didn’t write on it what I had asked, and I paid extra for glitter which looked nothing anything like their advertised sparkly pictures. It also did not taste good.
Please never try

Had a fantastic morning with a double espresso and a spinach feta pastry. The whole vibe was so relaxing and the service was top-notch. It was the perfect escape from the city rush.

Ordered a custom vintage heart cake for a bachelorette. I sent inspo pics and a colour palette - it was executed PERFECTLY. The cake was stunning and was super delicious. Highly recommend for a custom cake order!

I like the croissant 🥐. Heat it up very crispy outside, fluffy inside. The latte is so so. A bit sweeter.

Spent $180 on a heart shaped cake. Very difficult communication; I would have expected at least one phone call to get important details down. Originally asked for specific colour for the writing on the cake, to which they said they only do one type of colour. When I picked up the cake, the writing was basically butchered, couldn't read the hand writing on it, but the funny thing is they told me they couldn't do it in the colour i originally asked for (which they told me they couldn't do) but upon seeing/picking up the cake, it was the colour they told they couldn't do! Doesn't make any sense. Cake inside was dry, too dense, not fluffy, almost like a dense bread. Even the vintage piping was disappointing, it was asymmetric and you could tell from the way they tried to fix the buttercream (you could see the mistakes where they tried smoothing it over.) For the price, I would have expected much higher standard of craftsmanship.
