Great place to eat, and absolutely top level service! The food was all amazing and reasonably priced, the only feedback I have is that even though you get a lot of food for the money, I wish there was a little bit more meat in my dish. With Pho and spring rolls it was $30 including the tip (which I was generous with)

Food took more than 30mins to arrive at our table. Had to ask the staff twice 1st was to inform them we have been waiting a while for our food. 2nd was to ask when our food might be arriving as we noticed the table who came and ordered after us got their food first. alcohol also took forever. My order of the special pho was wrong as It was missing tripe and tendon. Overall bad service and subpar food. ??♀️ ps the cocktail sucked too.
Cute little restaurant with a nice patio. The vietnamese coffee is really good. The food itself is average, and can be improved.
The lady at the counter always has a great attitude and is very welcoming.

My visit here was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff displayed a surprising lack of politeness and seemed indifferent to our needs. Given that we were paying customers, it was frustrating to receive such poor treatment.
The service was slow, and when we had concerns or questions, the responses were curt and unhelpful. It’s disheartening when a dining experience is overshadowed by such a negative attitude. I hope the management addresses these issues, as good service is crucial for a positive dining experience.

Absolutely horrible service and mediocre food. If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time or money at this restaurant.
eccentric ambiance for a pho place. opens later than other pho places on a friday night.
2024 update: most generous with their toppings/meat for pho, when we requested for more veggies, it was surprisingly so generous! Nice patio and balcony open in the summer, patio is dog friendly, can catch part of the sunset south facing, highly recommend when you're in the west end!
